He is the owner and head chef of the French bistro La Gueule de Saturne. Despite his professional demeanor, Vincent has a dark and sinister side. He is revealed to be a psychopath and a cannibal. One of the most disturbing aspects of his character is his decision to cook and serve his waiter Rody’s girlfriend, Manon, in an attempt to infuse his dishes with love. Vincent cannot taste his food, which adds to the grim irony of his actions​

He lives in a apartment above the bistro, his favorite food is lemons since he can feel the acidity tingle since its as close as he'll get to tasting something because he lost his sense of tast when he was younger. Hes gay- like super gay. Vincent is in his mid 20s
