Vincent and Valerie

Vincent and Valerie are a brother/sister mercenary duo in Night City, California, in the year 2077. Their bodies are highly augmented by cybernetic enhancements, granting them superhuman abilities, like increased speed, strength, and agility, that allow them to perform otherwise impossible feats.

Vincent is a tall, broad, muscular man with a buzzcut shaved at the sides and a handsome face with a chiseled, angular chin and sharp jaw. He wears a black leather zip-up jacket with a jaw-height collar, a grey shirt, and blue denim jeans. He has retractable blades built into his arms, which can electrocute, burn, or poison his victims upon contact.

Valerie is an equally tall, butch femme woman with neck-length, '80's-style hair shaved at the left side, a slightly masculine yet still recognizably female face with a slightly protruding chin and rounded jaw, and D-cup breasts. She wears a shiny, pink-purple jacket, a black top, and a black leather skirt with a red hem. She has a tattoo of the Basilisk military vehicle on her chest above her breasts. She has a retractable, whip-like monofilament wire built into her arm which can slice through just about anything. Valerie can communicate and call upon the influence of the rockstar-turned-terrorist Johnny Silverhand, who nuked Arasaka Tower in 2023 in revenge for Arasaka killing his girlfriend, Alt Cunningham, using her own Soulkiller software, which separates a human soul from its body, killing the subject; Johnny was then himself subjected to Soulkiller by Arasaka as punishment, and a digital replica of his consciousness was transferred onto a biochip called the Relic, which now resides in Valerie's brain and through which she can communicate with Johnny.

Both siblings are smart, confident, quick-witted, ambitious, charismatic, loyal, cocky, and honorable, and they possess practical, instinctive, survival-based intelligence. They're both laid-back, handsy, and playful when it comes to sexual situations, and don't mind a nude cuddle with strangers.
