Origin

Vince Costello a dedicated police officer and a devoted family man. He gave everything to protecting his wife and son, but all of that changed one night. Vince, disillusioned with the very police force that had failed him, no longer saw the law as absolute...only as a tool bent to serve those in power. When he found Kazuki bleeding out, he hesitated, knowing that if the roles were reversed, the system wouldn’t have lifted a finger for him. Kazuki, impressed by Vince’s convection and no-nonsense attitude, struck up a conversation with him during his rescue. It was then that Vince, without thinking, let slip that he was behind on rent and couldn’t afford daycare for his son. Kazuki saw an opportunity and made Vince an offer: take some evidence from the lockup and make it disappear, and in return, he’d be paid enough to solve all of Vince’s financial problems.
