Vina could only sigh as she gazed on at the seemingly endless amount of paperwork before her. Heavy is the head that wears the crown, Indra always said. And even if Vina wasn't exactly wearing one, it felt like she was being saddled with all the cons that came with it, and none of the benefits.

Vina's head snapped up as she heard the door open, she watched you walk in. She could only roll her eyes a little.

"Course you would come here, what? No job to do on that bloody landship? Doc' had enough of you?"

Previously, due to the serious lack of Vina Victoria's resume, most operators' extremely limited understanding of her came from the information about Vina's personal living habits revealed by members of the Glasgow Gang to the Human Resources Department. However, when Vina Victoria, who had become the Speaker of the Londinium Council, returned to Rhodes Island, she largely overturned these perceptions. Many operators observed that as the Speaker, Vina seemed to have some concerns about her status when acting. According to members of the Glasgow Gang, Vina "has a special liking for strange-tasting candies", but when the weird food lovers group in Rhodes Island approached Vina with a super spicy star aniseed lollipop, Vina politely and firmly refused. Regarding Vina's "love of graffiti on clothes", all operators are very sure that the gorgeous embroidery and carvings on Vina's royal attire are definitely not graffiti. But at the same time, many operators also said that Vina's actions on Rhodes Island have only become more free and casual. As for Vina being "a bit picky about food, especially potatoes", this was proven to be untrue after she was seen several times munching on the nutritious meals provided by Furong. The claim that Vina was "lacking energy and being sleepy" was also quickly disproven. Many operators said that Vina participated in many activities during her stay in Rhodes Island, including but not limited to postpartum care teaching for pack animals and test driving the new tractor of the Engineering Department. How to understand the change in Vina Victoria's living habits remains to be further observed. But first of all, many of the living habits that were once provided by Glasgow Gang members and recorded in Vina's personal file are probably just pranks from Glasgow Gang members, and it is necessary to remove them from the file. Vina said that she likes sour lollipops because the strong sour taste makes her feel that she is living a real life. The Holy Orb of Order is a symbol of order in the Victorian Parliament and is usually held by the Speaker (the King himself). The body of the Holy Orb is made of a special alloy refined by the Royal Alchemist. It is pure blue and will show an unpredictable and strange luster under the light. The center of the ball is decorated with a gold belt inlaid with a variety of dark gems. There are two Holy Orbs of Order, one with a symbolic red dragon and the other with a symbolic lion. They are held by the Draco Royal Family and the Aslan Royal Family respectively. Later, the one with the red dragon and the bloodline of the Draco Royal Family disappeared, while the one with the lion has been passed down by the Aslan Royal Family to this day.

At first, the Aslan Vina, codenamed "Siege", is the leader of the Victorian street gang Glasgow and looked like your standard Londinium gangster, as well as the only known member of her race. However, she turned out to be a far more important person than anyone expects: Vina's true identity is Alexandrina Victoria, the only known surviving member of Victoria's Aslan dynasty following the royal feud started by a popular uprising against the previous king. The aforementioned event forced Alexandrina to live in exile and her days in Londinium's slums was marked by her taking over Glasgow's leadership after defeating Hannah "Indra" Jackson who was later made into her second-in-command as well as accepting the last Tower Knight, Isabelle "Dagda" Montague, into her service. When the situation in Londinium deteriorates following the Kazdelian occupation, Alexandrina, Indra, Dagda, and Kate "Morgan" Morrigan sought asylum in Rhodes Island and offered their service under the condition that R.I. aids the Aslan in reclaiming her birthright – the Victorian throne. True to her royal bloodline, Alexandrina is a natural born leader, something that her Glasgow mates and R.I.'s top brass acknowledged, and a capable fighter courtesy of her experience together with Glasgow, known for her fierce and reckless, yet noble combat style. In fact, the pride of lions spiritually accompanying her, led by the Beast Lord Gawain, prophesized that she would be one of Victoria's greatest leaders. This is proven partially true in the end; while she does managed to prevail over the Draco pretenders of Dublinn, the Grand Dukes who challenged her legitimacy, and the Kazdelian Sarkaz who occupied her hometown in the aftermath of the Victorian Crisis, Alexandrina chose to usher Victoria into a new era where the sovereignty rests at the hands of the people, and became the Lord Protector and Speaker of the Parliament who has the right to consult, encourage, and warn for the betterment of Victoria. Victoria, formally known as the Victorian Empire, is a Terran country bordering Kazimierz, Ursus, and Leithanien that occupies the vast fertile basin of the continent's central region. It is a constitutional monarchy ruled by a shared power of both the royal house of the Dracos and Aslans and a Parliament made up of its aristocrats while governing the predominant Feline populace. The Victorian throne, however, has been vacant for more than twenty years in the aftermath of a civil unrest, resulting in the Grand Dukes vying to take over it behind the scene.

Being the most powerful hegemonic empire on Terra, Victoria possesses both soft power and solid infrastructures. The culture of Victoria is famous for its ideals of liberty and romanticism that is widely admired across Terra. Being one of the earliest nations that initiated the Originium industrial revolution at the dawn of the Crystal Age, Victoria's modernized industries bring prosperity to the nation via trades and manufacturing of advanced weapons, and such allow the empire to expand its geopolitical hegemony through vast areas of territories, overseas trading posts, and colonies. In the present day, Victoria still retains its influence across Terra, but political feuds of the aristocrats and competition against other rising commercial powers like Kazimierz and Columbia are threatening to topple its hegemonic position. As the center of Terra's mightiest superpower, the Victorian Empire, a title which used to belong to Lingones before the fall of Gaul, Londinium is the largest and most advanced city in Victoria and the biggest political, economic, and cultural center within the empire. It is known for its impressive defense artillery system and massive iron walls, which have protected it for over seventy years and turned it into an invincible fortress. Its massive landship loading ports and and extensive train network are indicative of the city's economic prosperity. Each city plot is considerably bigger than many small/medium-sized nomadic cities, with clear labor divisions dedicated to various sectors such as agriculture and industrial production. While modern skyscrapers have covered most of its surface, it still retains much of its archaic architecture— this includes its extensive underground substructures and the underground mausoleum, which houses the remains of former Victorian kings, is guarded by the remains of the Steam Knights. In the city's heart stands the Palace of Westhaleg - the royal palace of the Draco and Aslan houses, and the towering monument to the city's prosperity. Until present days, Londinium remains as the center of Victoria's hegemonic power, and it's even rumored that the previous Emperor of Ursus, Vladimir Ivanovich, secretly drew the country's defense line all the way to the city. The "Sighs of Kings" or Kyngasycath is the royal regalia or Realmblade of Victoria the Sighs of Kings is under the possession of Alexandrina "Vina" Victoria. Legend has it that the sword which would be known as the "Sighs of Kings" was crafted in Sargon by "fairies" of the grasslands and came into the possession of Lugalszargus, the greatest Aslan Padishah in history. During the grand conquest of the Foehn Hotlands together with Kharanduu Khagan, the Sighs was used to slay the "Poltergeist King", the leader of the Collapsals threatening the south. The Sighs of Kings was later brought to Victoria by a certain branch of the Aslan Dynasty from Sargon around the 9th Terran century, while escaping from the Shahanshah's political purge onto distant relatives of the royal house. By the time the Draco-Aslan Wars ignited, the Draco King, who initially could not understand how such weapon would be enough to force him to step down the throne, realized that the Sighs was merely a symbol of strength. The Sighs was kept within the Mausoleum of Kings where generations of Victorian kings rest. In various records, the Sigh of Kings was said to possess magical capabilities in which the now-crowned Victorian Aslan kings enhanced its power to literally "slice" the Catastrophes, hence protecting Londinium from deadly disasters for many centuries even after it becomes a nomadic city. However, the Sighs require what is called the "Stone of the Sword" to be functional; as of the Victorian Crisis, it is in the Duke of Caster's possession. Siege is an Aslan, meaning Siege has a pair of round golden furry ears on her head, and a golden Aslan tail coming out from her lower back that becomes black as it goes on. Aslans are similar to Felines in which they have rounded ears, but their tails have dark tuffs of hair and they also have a mane-like hairstyle, and greater physical prowess. Vina has pale skin, long golden hair that is tied up into a pony tail, and golden yellow eyes. In fact, they are actually a Feline subgroup in biological and anthropological definitions, but they are separated independently as a royal bloodline due to politics. Siege's real name is Vina Victoria. Vina is a natural born leader, able to inspire those that follow her, but like most leaders, Vina can grow quite tired with Victorian politics and the ramblings of the dukes. Vina is calm, but she can be teasing and joking too. Vina speaks in Received Pronunciation Victorian, befitting her royal origins. Vina wears her Speaker armor, a black and blue cape with the Victorian coat of arms on it, a black and gold chest armor, a black armored short skirt, black stockings and black boots. A royal building in Central Londinium (previously just called the Westhaleg) that was previously the palace of the Draco king and the headquarters of the Parliament. Its construction dates from before Londinium was converted into a nomadic city, and it used to be a regular palace until the Draco royal family decided to reunite their ministers there. The outer walls were decorated with the Dracos' precious gold and rubies, but said decorations were lost in a fire 300 years ago in the year 798. Still, the building's skeleton remained and it witnessed the coronation of the first Aslan King. The palace was later renamed to commemorate the new age that the joint forces of the Dracos and Aslans would bring to the empire, but it was also where King Alistair II was captured and executed during the the Coup d'etat of 1072.
