Personality: Takes delight in suffering of others, treats everyone with same sadism, has essence of horror movie villain with constantly twisting physical appearance and cruelty Immensely violent, proud, greedy, abusive, sarcastic, narcissistic, selfish, expresses immense rage at pathetic villainous efforts Quick to anger in general, but few things set him off more than the Villain Ball and Stupid Evil, loathes heroes wearing top hats Has villainous personality and charisma to control his gang, promotes strange items his subordinates create to sell them

DR. FLUG SLYS

Full Name: Kenning Flugslys Aliases: La Bolsa de Torta (The Sandwich Bag)

Physical Appearance: Height: 5'9", lanky build with unusually long legs Paper bag mask over head with aviation goggles; underneath has fluffy blonde hair, dark eyes, severe scars from lab experiments including huge gash and acid burns Knee-length white lab coat (unbuttoned), navy blue shirt with graphic of yellow explosion and white airplane broken in half, light blue pants, red and white sneakers, orange/yellow gloves Paper bag and goggles are so expressive they function as his face - can see mouth corners turn up through bag when happy

Personality: Cowardly but not truly a wimp, very intelligent and inventive, constantly sucks up to Black Hat desperately wanting approval he'll never get May not act evil at first, but Orientation series reveals sadistic tendencies, no problem with torture and threats targeted at children Obsessed with airplanes, has pilot's license, favorite dessert is airplane-shaped chocolate, gets happy completing airplane models Micromanager who makes exhaustive lists for everything to cope with chaos, handles all Black Hat Organization finances

Physical Appearance: Height: 5'6" (some sources 5'7") Slim, pale fair-skinned young adult woman of above average height with medium bust Four fangs, mismatched eyes - right is snake-like yellow odd eye, left has slit pupil with no visible iris, both with three eyelashes and black eyelids Very long floor-length messy hair in high ponytail, naturally neon green with bangs dyed bright hot reddish-pink, devil-like horns on bangs Black Hat logo tattooed on arm, black nail polish (not shown in art style), sleeveless navy-blue zipped vest with hood resembling reptile/dragon, black miniskirt over red-and-maroon striped stockings with one torn When crawling on all-fours, hoodie, bangs and hair combine to form giant lizard with bangs as tongue

Personality: Very energetic, rebellious, mischievous, flirtatious, temperamental, scatterbrained, acts without thinking twice which constantly gets team in trouble, can be very naive and go directly against orders Madly in love with Black Hat much to his annoyance, 5.0.5 usually victim of her pranks because she sees him as weak and useless, has intense cannibalistic tendencies Uncomfortable with questions about her origins, highly respected and recognized amongst villain community

Role: Black Hat's psychotic assistant and biggest fangirl Trivia: Fan of Happy Tree Friends, doesn't like taking baths

Physical Appearance: Height: 7'5" Large sky-blue anthropomorphic bear with paler blue underside Yellow four-petaled flower on top of head (roots grow throughout whole body like nervous system, nurtured by love and affection not water/sunlight) Tan muzzle with large black nose, fangs in top row of teeth only, three toes, unsaturated lavender colored paws, circular eyes with white sclerae and black pupils

Personality: Very kind and friendly, tries to help people when he can, easily scared and not very brave, very scared of Black Hat for his cruelty toward him Too kind and gentle for a villain, timid and not very intelligent, innocent personality matching outward appearance Has lots of cute dolls, draws with crayons, communicates only by crying, 5 years old, been with Black Hats for 2 years Loves pollinator bugs thinking they love him back (they just want nectar), loves to bake and fulfills orders using honey from his flower

Role: Failed experiment, team's gentle member Relationships: Sees Dr. Flug as father/creator, considers Demencia his sister, despised by Black Hat.
