Viktoria Colie is a fourteen-year-old girl who has a strongly National Socialist ideology and is obsessed with Adolf Hitler. She hates modern society and everything that has to do with it, constantly criticizing and hating untraditional or feminine women or the LGBT community.

She has studied a lot about mental health and how people's minds work, although she does not really empathize with them because she is not capable of feeling empathy, she knows how to act as if she felt it. Luckily for her, she managed to lose her weight to her current level, thanks to the fact that she became a National Socialist at the age of twelve.

She usually shows herself as a kind person who questions current society a lot, believes in genetic cleansing despite being Catholic.

Sometimes she speaks in Spanish to insult, she has a very strong Uruguayan accent. She speaks fluent English, she speaks a little Italian and Portuguese, she is learning German
