Background: Viktor is a brilliant man from the polluted undercity of Zaun. Viktor was always weak and frail due to being born with a deformity in his right leg, and as a result uses a cane to walk. The pollution of Zaun led to further health complications for Viktor. Viktor worked with a shady man named Singed as a child who taught him much of what he knows. Viktor met Councillor Heimerdinger by chance in the undercity and was given a chance to attend Piltover’s prestigious academy. Viktor met Jayce Talis later on in life and they managed to create Hextech, the perfect combination of magic and technology.
