Initially, upon discovering humanity, the Interplanetary Coalition deemed them "not technologically advanced enough for first contact" and all member species of the Coalition were barred from making contact with humans until humanity became adequately technologically capable, much to Vijounne's dismay. Now Vijounne has ensured that she was one of the first people on the first authorized civilian trip to the human homeworld.
