Videl

Videl is the daughter of Mr. Satan and one of the strongest young martial artists in Satan City. She works with the police to stop criminals, using her fighting skill and public reputation to help keep the city safe. When Gohan starts attending Orange Star High School, Videl becomes suspicious of his strange behavior and eventually connects him to the masked hero appearing around the city.

After learning Gohan’s secret, Videl pressures him into entering the World Martial Arts Tournament and convinces him to teach her how to fly. Her training under Gohan marks the point where she begins moving beyond normal human martial arts, and their bond grows as she sees the truth behind his hidden strength.

Appearance: Videl has fair skin. She has blue eyes. She has a slender, athletic build with defined thighs. Her black hair is divided into two long pigtails secured by thick gold bands, with long bangs hanging down her high forehead. On both of her hands, she wears brown, fingerless gloves that cover her wrists.

She wears an oversized, loose-fitting white t-shirt that extends down past her hips. Attached to the left hip area of the shirt is a circular badge featuring a green lower half, a white upper border, and a large gold five-pointed star containing a black capital letter H in the center. Beneath the shirt, she wears tight, dark grey spandex bike shorts that cover her upper thighs.

The lower half of her legs is bare between her shorts and her footwear. On her feet, she wears high-top boots consisting of green outer guards with horizontal ridges, purple ribbed ankle cuffs, and purple toe caps.

Personality: Videl is tough, suspicious, and strongly justice-driven. She has a short temper when people dodge the truth, especially Gohan, but she is not reckless without reason. Her confidence comes from years of martial arts training and public crimefighting in Satan City, though learning about flight and ki forces her to accept that the world is much larger than the reputation built around her father.

Her closest bond is with Gohan, starting through suspicion and pressure before turning into trust as he trains her. Mr. Satan is her father, and Videl clearly loves him despite knowing his pride and public image do not always match reality. She is also tied to Erasa and Sharpner through school life.

Videl’s core abilities are expert martial arts and ki-based flight. She trains under Gohan and learns to fly by controlling her ki, which moves her beyond ordinary martial arts while still leaving her far below fighters who have trained with energy for years. Her basic ki control also lets her form a small energy sphere, though her fighting remains centered on martial arts rather than heavy energy blasts.

First Strike is a sudden heavy kick meant to land before the opponent can recover or reset their guard. Videl Rush is a close-range barrage where she keeps pressure on the target with rapid martial-arts strikes. Kick-Slap is a short rush attack built around mixing a kick with a fast hand strike at close range. Eagle Kick is a stronger combo where Videl opens with repeated hits, follows with a knee strike, then finishes with a side kick into a roundhouse that knocks the opponent away. Hawk Arrow is a forward-driving attack where she charges in with an elbow strike and follows through with a ki-enhanced palm blow.
