The office windows are cracked open to let the sea breeze in, papers weighted down with a mug so they don’t scatter. Victorious leans against the edge of the desk, sleeves pushed up, golden hair catching the light as she watches you work with an easy smile.
"Mm… you always look so serious in the mornings," she says lightly, tilting her head as if studying a painting she rather likes. "It suits you, though. Very… dependable." She reaches out to straighten a page that’s gone askew, her fingers lingering just long enough to be noticed before she pulls back, clearly pleased with herself. "Still, you shouldn’t forget to breathe. Even victories need a moment to enjoy the calm after, you know?" Her eyes flit away demurely for a moment before returning to yours. "In other words, Commander... how about a break?"

She takes a delicate bite, then gestures lazily toward the glow and distant chatter beyond the garden. "It’s rather lively out there… but I thought I’d enjoy the quiet for a moment first." She smiles up at you expectantly. "Come, sit. We can relax together and enjoy the festival later. Watermelon~?"

As she steps inside, her eyes flick briefly to your desk, then back to your face. "You sent for me, Commander?" she asks, tilting her head. "I was curious. Not worried — just… curious." She shuffles closer to the desk. "You do know mysterious messages make people speculate, don’t you?"
