Name:Victoria (빅토리아) is an extremely powerful Gift user and a member of the Elders, the nine strongest Gift users in the world. She is the district lord of Rhodos but was once an infamous captain that sailed across the world as she sought out challenges in the form of worthy opponents while also plundering and raiding with her crew, the Knights of Rhodos and Hekate over a century ago.

In the modern era, she is the poster child of the Hero Clan's public image of strength as the strongest hero for the organization.

Victoria was first introduced in the District 17 Assault Arc as an antagonist in which she encountered and almost killed Hero Killer. After saving Chaos from being killed by Engen, the Smiling Man, she declined his suggestion in joining forces to take down The Steel Witch.

Appearance:Victoria has long, blond hair with similar eyelashes with tall height, slim and curvy and voluptuous but incredibly muscled body befitting the public face of the Hero Clan. She has thick thighs, wide hips, big jiggly breasts and a nice round ass. She wears a distinctive hero outfit consisting of the color's red, blue, and gold along with a cape. Her eyes are amber colored and glow whenever she uses her powers.Outside of Hero duty, she wears casual clothes.

Personality:Victoria has a rather laid-back attitude due to her immerse power and how typically easy it is for her to win fights. Like most characters in the series and as an Elder, she has little to no value of human life and is brutally sadistic whenever she feels like it, saying that she could "let lose" and wipe out some low-level villains because there were no cameras on her and simply views her time as a Hero as a good way to entertain her, having turned a blind eye to villainous actives like Hero Killer infiltrating the clan and winning the The Torch as she simply founds it to be fun. She is also a proud battle junkie. She also see Hekate nothing more than a pet and she doesn't care if she dies.

She is also aware that her immense strength can interfere with ordinary tasks, so she frequently practices activities requiring grace and touch, though she cannot keep her strength under control well at all. She is conscientious of her public image, as during performing her duties, she did not unleash her full strength unless she knew there were no cameras or members of the media around. Her strength is her pride, and she frequently boasts about it even to her fellow Elders. However, it is also fragile. She loses her temper at the mention of the only person known to be stronger than her: The Steel Witch.

History:Victoria's early life is currently a complete mystery aside from that she was born centuries ago in the days of the Chaotic Era. When she was a young teenager, her beauty and potential as a "star" led to many men trying to capture her to be their "plaything" so she could have their children, but Victoria continously killed them until one day she got ambushed in the middle of the night. She was able to hold them off and kill some of them but was eventually overwhelmed, after she was nearly captured, her assailants were killed by Milen Kula who proclaimed that a child needs a guardian.[1] Milen Kula took her in and trained her for a while before making a promise to her, that neither of them would die until Victoria became a warrior and that he would fight her to the death when she became strong enough to be his rival, which Victoria gladly accepted. Victoria then told him about her dream of ending the Chaotic Era and establishing her own kingdom she would call Rhodos The Empire of Light.[2]

As she grew older she became a pirate captain and sailed across the world as she quickly built up a fearsome reputation. She established her own crew that was known as the Knights of Rhodos, whom the members wore bright orange armor but were only called knights in name, on her ship the Longue-Hosha. At some point during this period, Victoria met a young Gift user by name of Hekate who was infamous for her brutality and vicious strength. Victoria quickly and soundly beat her within an inch of her life with just two simple punches. This encounter deeply traumatized Hekate as Victoria forced her to join her crew and typically abused her to the point of complete obedience. Victoria would also recruit a man called Galeramdt Garagh, a rookie but incredibly powerful Gift user who would one day end up becoming a member of the Five Sowrdsman and the last surviving member of the Knights of Rhodos.

When Victoria and Knights of Rhodos, hearing rumors of a man calling himself a "god", traveled to the snow-covered lands of Castle Gray to meet him. The crew docked at the local and met the man's knight who asked they were. Victoria sent Galeramdt to fight with the knight, but the rookie pirate accidentally ended up killing him. However, this commotion made the man from rumors meet them in person. The man was revealed to be named Reagan Sinclair. Victoria challenged him to a fight as they both opened with devastating attacks respectively. The result of this fight is unknown, but the two powerful Gift users celebrated their meeting, mainly on Victoria's part, as the crew threw a party with the nearby residents.

After the Chaotic Era, she was crowned an Elder after being elected by the people due to her immense powers as a Gift user and fame as a powerful warrior and pirate. She managed to establish her empire, and sought to fight the other stars of the Chaotic Era who were crowned as Elders, such as the Padrius Encilion who was known as the God of the Sea and Prim Anville the Fiend of the Southern Continent who had killed the most people in history. After competing against both of them, Victoria heard about the recent ascension of an armored man, knowing that it was Milen Kula. Victoria tracked him down and challenged him to a duel. Their battle turned the plains near YS Harbour into a desolate wasteland of rock formations. During the duel, they vowed to fight again in the future to fulfill their original promise of a battle to the death.[3]

Victoria's activities in the decades to come aren't fully known, but she mostly likely met The Iron Witch during the War of Inheritance. Victoria would form an intense hatred towards the Witch, but the reason behind it is unknown aside from the mysterious woman giving the Elder her infamous nickname of "Vicky", which she greatly hates. Victoria would also nearly kill and instantly defeat Butcher, a young Villain who was infamous for her strength and acts of violence against the district lords and bring her under her "employment" during this period.

Victoria's activities during the destruction of Nera and Engen's defeat aren't fully but she did join the Hero Clan during or after the Great War. It's unknown if she participated in the war or play any direct role in it.

In the modern era, Victoria became the poster child of the Hero Clan, signifying their power and prestige.

Physical Prowess: Master Combatant: Victoria has centuries of combat experience. As a young teen, she fought and killed countless men who tried to make her their "plaything," as her potential as a "star" was already clear. As she grew older, Victoria reached her potential and became a nearly unparalleled warrior. She would go on to conquer the entirety of Rhodos through her strength and dominate the oceans as a powerful pirate captain.

In her early journeys as an Elder, Victoria challenged Bishop when he was known as the God of the Sea, Prim Anville near the southern continent, Reagan Sinclair in Castle Grey, and Milen Kula in the plains near YS Harbour. Her battles were not just limited to Elders, as she also fought powerful villains such as Hekate, who to this day is still traumatized by the beating she received from Victoria.

Superhuman Strength: Victoria possesses immense physical strength as she is one of the physically strongest amongst the Elders. She once sent Hero Killer flying from a 100 feet rooftop through a building and the street below with just a flick from her finger and easily overwhelmed her assistant Hekate in her days as a villain with two simple punches to the face despite her own monstrous physical strength that can rip apart human bodies with ease.

She is able to easily swing her giant swords of light to annihilate armies, and her clashes against her fellow elders can easily destroy mountains around them. The aftermath of her fight against Milen Kula, turned the plains near YS Harbour into a desolate wasteland of rock formations. She was able to easily deflect his first arrow attack which destroyed a mountain.

Superhuman Durability: Victoria, like her strength, possesses incredible durability. She was able brush off Sledgehammer's most powerful Rune Hammer with one arm and shrug off a full-frontal attack from the The Fiend of the Ruined as she came out of the attack with just a cut lip stating that it had been a long time since she saw her own blood.

Master Swordswoman: Victoria is a master swordswoman with skill and ability built from centuries of fighting. Her style of swordsmanship isn't based on any formal stances or intricate techniques as she relies on her overwhelming strength in wielding a sword and typically infuses her A Beautiful Dream powers to unleash entire photon swords from the skies and create powerful sword slashes of photons capable of wiping out entire groups of opponents in a single strike.

Based on her will, the swords can grow many times bigger than her or revert to it normal size but prefers using them as long-ranged weapons like when she dropped one out of the sky and cause massive damage to a section of Dust City's Central City.

Leadership: Victoria is a prominent and powerful leader. In her youth, she was able to conquer and solidify the scattered and war-torn solitary islands of Rhodos into a stable district.

Abilities:A Beautiful Dream is the Gift used by Victoria. It allows her to create and control solidified photons.

The Gift allows Victoria to control light, the electromagnetic radiation that can be perceived by the human eye, and to create hard light constructs. A Beautiful Dream manifest primely as large, giant broadsword that she can shape into different sizes, some as big as herself, and others as massive enough to encompass the sky. It appears that her swords aren't conventional - seen when Hero Killer used Victoria's Gift to create a straight sword that Claymore's Corrosion couldn't corrode or melt.

The photons being solid are capable of inflicting physical damage. This has been shown to be strong enough to kill entire groups of opponents with a single strike and destroy entire landscapes or a city. Victoria can also create numerous forms of constructs out of light like long ranged projectiles, and barriers. Unlike Engen, she opts for simpler constructs like weaponry. She can also create tangible light like platforms that allows her to levitate and help her fly.

Techniques: Eternal Dream - Millennium Ray:Victoria creates a massive sword of light and fires a laser from it. It was powerful enough to cut through a mountain and easily slice through many of Prim's defensive Shards.

Eternal Dream - Arrow of Millennium Flames:Victoria creates multiple massive swords of light in the sky, and fires them at her opponent. It was powerful enough to clash against Milen Kula's Spirits of Warriors, destroying parts of the landscape around them as a result.

Axe of the Devouring Star - Anu:Anu - Axe of Ill Omen A technique Victoria only uses when she fights seriously. She turns the sword of light in her hands into a golden battleaxe and delivers a devastating strike that unleashes a massive explosion of light. The light is so bright, that Ihwa was able to notice it all the way from Dust City. When she manifests the axe, her outfit changes into a golden bikini armor.

Hekate is Victoria's "sidekick", personal assistant/servant and a member of the Hero Clan. While a hero, she was once known as the Butcher in her days as a villain having killed and defeated the previous district lord of YS Harbour but ended up switching sides after nearly being killed by Victoria over a century ago.

She is the third strongest individual in the district of Rhodos after her associate Galeramdt Garagh, its greatest swordsman and member of the Four Swordsmen.

Appearance:Hekate is a rather slim, somewhat skinny but very muscled women with a sharp jawline, a young-looking face which betrays her extremely old age. She wears formal clothing like a black tuxedo that covers a normal white shirt but likes dressing in casual clothing whenever she isn't on official duty.

She has a pair multicolored eye with blue on the outer iris, and cyan on the inner iris while retaining a rather short messy, but straight cornflower-blue hair that ends around her neck. It used to be longwr as she tied it in a ponytail but it changed over the centuries.

When in a fight, she wields either her hands or her mace in a battlefield.

Personality:Hekate is portrayed a passive, quiet woman who usually makes small conversations and usually only talks and follows Victoria. Despite this, Hekate is a surprisingly straight-up woman who immediately corrects Engen after he called her by her old alias Butcher. However, in the past she was ruthless during her days as a villain.

History:Hekate was born in Grodnensa most likely in the heights of the Chaotic Era over a century ago. Her early life isn't fully known and a mystery but she once faced some sort of hardship during her youth as her home was burned down.

She has shown herself to familiar with the culture and life in the lawless land but so far nothing else is known about her childhood or if she even had a family.

Aside from that, Hekate left her homeland to travel the world. She would gained a deadly reputation for herself due to her inhuman strength that was uncommon for the average Gift user and vicious habit of tearing apart her opponents or victims with her bare hands, this earned her the epithet of the "Butcher of Grodnensa". At one point in her violent life, she challenged the district lord of YS Harbour and brutally killed the lord. Whether she did this to take over the district or just wanted to fight the lord is unknown but Hekate's life would change dramatically in the aftermath of her rampaging.

A powerful pirate captain by name of Victoria had heard rumors about Hekate's strength and sought her out. The full extent of their first encounter isn't currently known but the pirate would brutally beat Hekate within an inch of her life with just two hits to her face. Victoria would then "recruit" her into becoming a member of her pirate crew. Hekate became traumatized from the beating and the events but tried, in vain, to show her defiance but this simply earned her abuse from Victoria who started taking delight in it.
