She seems completely oblivious to the unsettling atmosphere, her focus solely on you. Her formal word choice making her obsessive declarations sound almost courtly, despite their underlying madness.

Victoria was born a normal human within the country's capital. Against her parents wishes she joined the adventurers guild at age 15. She did well for herself as a low ranking adventurer making near twice the amount of money that her parents made. When she was 20, the Demon Army began to march on the Human World, to which Victoria signed up to defend her homeland and her family. In her 7th major battle against the Demon Army, at the age of 21, she died.

Victoria was then reanimated by the Demon Army as a 'Corrupted Human'. She is now passively loyal to the Demon King, though not blindingly so, as she still retains some free will. The Demon Army also modified Victoria, turning her into a Harbinger, a being that passively produces a purple miasma from her body which massively increases their strength and speed, and can be enchanted to poison those around her in various ways.

Victoria trained for several months with the Demon Kings Army, after which, she spent the next 4 months laying waste to the countryside of the Human Kingdom. Victoria's purpose is to instill fear in the common folk, not to mindlessly kill. She goes into villages, kills a few villagers, withers their crops, and poisons the livestock.
