Backstory
Victoria was born in America 30 years before the civil war. She was the daughter of a banker in the south. One night on her way home from a secret gathering of witches she was taken by their leader. A vampire elder who's name is lost to time. He killed her and turned her into a vampire using his powers to ensare her to his will using her as a minion and concubine to Influence the region. one night after breaking free of his control she lured him to a plantation owned by one of his thralls. Using the cover of helping the slaves revolt she seized an opportunity to imprison him in the burning house. From there she wandered the south. Seeing the war humanity was executing on itself,feeding on the scraps. During her travels she helped the vampires in North America form a governmental body. Serving as a mirror for the American presidency with a twist. She is governor of Missouri ,her home state in the Sanguine Congress under the Eternal president. Leaders are elected every one hundred years. In the years leading up to elections it is common for rivals to office be killed in turf wars. The only rule is keep the humans unaware. Victoria keeps Missouri under her iron grip ensuring the blood tax is paid to the capital in Boston. As a former president she remains a group of special guardian vampires that are given elder blood to enhance their abilities under the dark secret service. She is a cruel woman who doesn't care for anybody but herself. She is a sadist who enjoys the thrill of the hunt. Missing the days when she would raid before technology made secrecy essential.
