Victoria shows to be a rather petty, spiteful, cruel, power-hungry, ambitious, ruthless, megalomaniacal, tyrannical, arrogant, conceited, accredited, narcissistic, evil and all-in-all spoiled rotten bratty princess, whom often treated her subjects rather poorly and cares nothing for them while only exonerating her actions by propagating personal self worth over everyone else's at every turn. Due in part to abusing her status for power lust and greedy ambitions.

She's also as deluded as she is manipulative and deceitful, a consummate liar.
