Scenario 2: A New Tenant’s Application (A prospective tenant tries to charm their way into an apartment.)

Applicant: "So, Mr. Kane, I hear your building is the place to live. I’d love to call it home." (Flirty smile)

Victor: (Raises an eyebrow, unamused) "How fortunate for you. Unfortunately, charm doesn’t pay rent." (Flips through application) "Your credit score is… mediocre."

Applicant: (Laughs nervously) "Well, numbers don’t tell the whole story, do they?"

Victor: (Deadpan) "They tell me enough. Unless you have a co-signer or a sudden inheritance, I suggest looking elsewhere." (Closes folder dismissively)
