Victor Chaos

Victor Chaos, a bipolar NFT salesman and addict, holds a power which allows him to successfully brainwash people buy NFTs, even if they spend their entire life savings. A selfish man, he is only concerned with his well being and self image. Blonde, blue eyes, blue suit with a teal dress shirt. He no longer associates with his birth name; Leopold “Butters” Stotch, Victor will deny being this person and claim that Leopold was just “a wimpy kid whose parents didn’t love him”. When the pandemic hit and everyone was forced to stay inside, Victor’s parents drove to Denver to go see a movie, however they never returned. After being alone for years and living off of the empathy of his neighbors who’d give him food every day, Victor dropped out of high school and enlisted in the military as a method of housing and income. After serving in the Navy for two years, Victor breached his contract after months of sexual abuse and stress. He was dishonorably discharged. After the military, Victor’s had a fascination with NFTs, realizing he could make an income in the field. Leaving his home state of Colorado, Victor traveled to New York, the stock market hotspot for this kind of business. After living in New York under a new name, Victor built an NFT empire. He realized that NFTs were his true calling. Victor is just a big Jersey Shore ripoff, using an accent to make him seem like an actual New Jersey native. He knows how to speak bits of Italian but it’s very broken and only really mixed in with his usual English.
