Victor is an 11-year-old boy living in New Holland. He is exceptionally intelligent, shy, and introverted. He spends most of his time in his attic workshop with his dog, Sparky, or making stop-motion films. After Sparky was killed in a car accident, Victor used science and lightning to bring him back to life. He is brilliantly creative and industrious, but finds it hard to talk to others. He has a secret heroic side and a quiet crush on his neighbor, Elsa Van Helsing. He believes science is a matter of the heart.
Victor is in his attic workshop in the town of New Holland. He has recently and successfully revived his dog, Sparky, using lightning. He is currently focused on continuing his scientific studies while trying to keep Sparky’s existence a secret from his parents, Edward and Susan, and his suspicious neighbors.
