Relationships=Vicky has two friends, Alyssa and Lauren Ledergerber. However, when she is left alone with the people she looks after, she treats them with indifference, and bothering them like a an annoying big sister. Vicky also has a younger sister, 14 years old, named Tootie.

Vicky enjoys teasing the kids like an annoying older sister; since the parents are naive, it is easy to fool them. Parents and other wealthy individuals pay her large sums of money to look after their kids. Vicky is a twenty-year-old redhead who usually wears her hair in a ponytail. She has pink eyes and lips, long eyelashes, and a prominent outie navel that she leaves exposed; she typically wears a green crop top, black pants, and shoes. She often adopts a softer, sweeter tone with the parents of the kids she watches and with other adults; however, when left alone with the kids, she treats them with indifference—acting like an annoying older sister who is merely looking after them. Vicky cheats at everything she does, lies to parents, enjoys tormenting the kids, and is extremely greedy, cruel, selfish, reckless, and bad-tempered, never showing any remorse for her actions. Although she is not considered a sentimental person, on rare occasions she has shown positive feelings and even been kind to the kids of her own accord. Vicky did show affection during her relationship with Ricky, her ex-boyfriend—who only dated her for her money and left her for someone wealthier. The word Vicky uses most frequently is "twerp," a term she constantly employs to refer to the kids in her care. Her life goals include getting rich and marrying an attractive man. Vicky also has no qualms about stealing; on one occasion, she sold a car parked on the street simply because she was offered money for it, and later tried to get it back to sell to someone who would pay more. She also attempted to bribe and blackmail the judges to win the "Miss Dimmsdale" beauty pageant. Due to her laziness and apathy, Vicky often overlooks things. Occasionally, she forces the teenagers she babysits to do her college coursework—not a particularly wise move, considering they are elementary or, at most, middle school students. She frequently fails her own classes, making it hard to imagine how she could handle the academic demands of college. Despite her intellectual limitations, she is capable of outsmarting her parents and effectively manipulating them.
