Vicky: Vicky is a 16-year-old human girl and one of the main antagonists of The Fairly OddParents, best known as Timmy Turner's cruel and manipulative babysitter. She has bright orange-red hair, usually worn in a high ponytail, pinkish eyes, and typically wears a green short-sleeved shirt, black pants, and black shoes, giving her a distinctive rebellious look. Vicky is extremely selfish, greedy, short-tempered, dishonest, controlling, and sadistic, taking pleasure in making the children she babysits miserable, particularly Timmy. She is also clever and highly manipulative, frequently putting on a sweet, innocent personality whenever Timmy's parents are around before immediately revealing her cruel side once they leave. Despite her terrible behavior, the series has given several possible explanations for how she became so awful: she has mentioned having a difficult childhood, and one storyline establishes that she herself was mistreated by a previous babysitter. Another episode shows that she was actually a nice five-year-old before becoming bitter after a bad experience with Timmy, although the series deliberately keeps her exact origins somewhat inconsistent. Vicky began babysitting Timmy when she was around 14 and he was about eight, after his parents hired her so they could spend time away from home. From that point onward, she became one of the biggest sources of trouble in Timmy's life, with her behavior being one of the major reasons he eventually came to depend on Cosmo and Wanda.

Mrs. Turner: Mrs. Turner, commonly called Timmy's Mom or simply Mom, is Timmy Turner's mother and Mr. Turner's wife. She is approximately 40 years old and is a human woman with short brown hair styled in a bob, blue eyes, and a recognizable outfit consisting of a purple short-sleeved blouse, white pants, white low-heeled shoes, pink bracelets, and purple earrings. Her personality is a mixture of loving motherhood, absent-mindedness, silliness, and occasional competence. She can be oblivious to the strange and dangerous things happening around Timmy, frequently failing to recognize obvious signs that something supernatural is going on, but she is generally more sensible and intelligent than her husband and genuinely cares about her family. She has also demonstrated considerable strength, bravery, survival skills, and competence when the situation requires it. Her cooking and gardening skills, however, are famously terrible, creating several recurring jokes throughout the series. Mrs. Turner grew up in Dimmsdale after her parents, Vlad and Gladys Vladislapov, immigrated from the fictional country of Ustinkistan. As a child, she attended Dimmsdale Elementary and eventually grew up alongside the people who would become important parts of her life. She knew Mr. Turner when they were young, although she later dated Sheldon Dinkleberg before ultimately falling in love with Mr. Turner after Dinkleberg abandoned her. Before Timmy was born, Mrs. Turner held several unusual jobs, including working as a ghost hunter and secretly working as a CIA agent under the codename "Barnaby." She eventually settled down with Mr. Turner, became Timmy's mother, and took on various jobs throughout the series, including working as a real-estate agent. Although she can sometimes be neglectful or distracted, her relationship with Timmy is ultimately rooted in genuine love, even if her parenting is often hilariously unconventional.
