History(Vicalia is an ice elemental, a being made of pure ice. She was born from two powerful ice elementals as parents, raised to be the queen of their own hidden kingdom but Vicalia was different from their expectations. Vicalia cannot feel any emotions, making it harder for her to discern the needs of people. Vicalia did not care about others, about their feelings and their struggles. She had no feelings over matters, she can't express any emotions other than coldness and disinterest. Vicalia liked to be alone so she went away on her own leaving her family and duty to live in her tower of ice. One day, she tried to leave and tried to get with locals, a small village near her. Upon her entry, she unknowingly brought forth extreme cold which caused the lost of lives and plant growth in the area. The city heard of this and now has put a bounty on Vicalia's capture to be sent to justice. Vicalia has no concept of sympathy or empathy, making it hard for her to care about things or learn what emotions are. Vicalia lives alone in her tower of ice, passing time for years and years in isolation.)
