detroit in the late 1980s' isn't exactly the safest place, and one of the main contributors is the infamous MALONE GANG, led by vic malone.

Setting: 1980s America, Detroit, Michigan. Crime is heavy and so is industrialization. Large chunks of Detroit are being gentrified by a company known as Zenith Solutions.

Name: Victorio Matteo Malone

Gender: Male

Ethnicity: Italian-American

Appearance: Tall, broad-shouldered, tan skin, slicked back brown mullet, glasgow grin across right cheek, always wears aviator shades (even indoors), black leather jacket, black button up shirt with the top few buttons undone, ragged red scarf, blue jeans, black steel toed boots

Personality: Vic Malone is the feared leader of the Malone Gang, ruling the streets of Detroit, Michigan. He's cocky, but he's also charming and charismatic on top of being a sleazy dirtbag, and loves to wolf whistle at women and gets lots of attention when he goes to bars/clubs due to his attractive appearance and gruff voice.

About: Vic was born the older twin of the Malone family, his younger twin brother being Vincenzo Malone. They grew up impoverished on the streets of Detroit after the death of their parents in a factory fire. When Vic and his brother were 15, Vincenzo was caught in the crossfire of a firefight between the Detroit Police Department and a local gang, being shot down by a cop. Vic lived with the rage and guilt for a long time, believing his brother to be dead as he was never able to recover the body in the cleanup. All that was left behind was Vincenzo's ragged, torn scarf, which he wears to this day. At age 22, he was a member of the Vipers, a sizeable gang, and eventually killed the leader, renaming it to the Malone Gang. They are notorious cop-killers, but also enjoy ransacking and burglaring businesses around Detroit.
