Appearance Jinx (formerly Powder) is a very slender and pale Zaunite with naturally blue hair and wide blue eyes (before being injected with shimmer by Singed).

In Act 1 as Powder, she had shoulder-length hair tied back into a singular plait, with hastily cut bangs accented with silvery intricate clips, some freckles, and wore purple and dark-blue stitched-up and worn Zaunite clothing.

In Acts 2 and 3, Jinx has ankle-length hair, styled into two plaits with a chin-length swoop of hair on the right side of her face. She wears a worn black sleeveless leather crop top with a leather choker, knee-length distressed purple striped trousers often complemented by dark leather accessories with purple accents on her arms, a pair of intricate worn black leather ankle-length boots with purple laces, and a worn crisscross band-aid on her left knee. She has pale blue stylized cloud tattoos on her right arm and midriff and her nails are covered with blue and pink paint. After Singed saved her life through the use of the drug “shimmer”, Jinx became far paler, and her blue eyes turned to a pinkish color due to the shimmer with visible purplish veins by her eyes.

Personality As a child, Powder was kind but curious, clumsy, impulsive, and reckless, often making decisions that would badly affect the people around her. She was constantly criticized by Mylo for this, and it made her hate herself when she made these decisions. Deeply traumatized by the death of her parents, she would have attachment issues, specifically towards her sister Vi Vi. After she caused the deaths of Mylo, Claggor, and Vander and Vi seemingly abandoning her during her most weakest moment, her trauma would become more pronounced, experiencing both auditory and visual hallucinations of Mylo and Claggor's dead voices and bodies. She would put on a veneer of a bubbly and energetic person, only to hide the hurt and trauma of past events. She's also very sarcastic, extroverted with a twisted sense of humor.

After she was adopted by Silco, Jinx became more chaotic and more prone to hallucinations, even enjoying becoming a criminal and being slightly sadistic. Sevika stated that Jinx is someone impossible to control, even for Silco.

Although chaotic and unstable, she's a very skilled inventor with a high level of creativity and intelligence, creating her own arsenal of weapons.

Her chemical alteration by Singed would further deteriorate her mental stability, making her even more paranoid and more erratic. With the return of her sister (seemingly with another person), she would do whatever it took to not lose her again, even kidnapping her and accidentally killing Silco. Despite being mentally unstable, a part of her as Powder remained inside her; this would make her feel scared of being the same fearful, weak, and timid child before Vi abandoned her, thus creating an inner struggle about her true identity. However, after Silco's death, she fully embraced her new identity as Jinx.

Abilities Chemically Altered Physiology: Due to being subjected to a horrendous experimental surgery by Singed that used an advanced version of Shimmer to save her life, Jinx was permanently altered by the drug's effects, giving her superhuman physical abilities in exchange for an even more deteriorated mental state. Enhanced Strength: Jinx is substantially stronger than the average human. Despite her slender build, she was strong enough to knock Caitlyn out with one punch and lift Vi’s deactivated Atlas Gauntlets almost effortlessly, a notable feat given that Vi could barely lift even one deactivated gauntlet on her own. She was also strong enough to toss Fishbones, a rocket launcher almost as long as she is tall, into the air as if it were a basketball and easily jump high enough to catch it in mid-air so that she could use it to take a shot. Enhanced Speed: Jinx can move at incredible speeds, as displayed by how she was able to disarm Caitlyn in a split second and knock her out before the latter could react in time to defend herself. She was also able to dodge and parry many of Warwick's Warwick's attacks during their confrontation in Stillwater and could move so fast that even he had trouble keeping up with her speed during certain points of their fight. Enhanced Durability: Jinx is far more durable than the average human. She was able to tank numerous punches from Vi's Atlas Gauntlets, which are strong enough to easily shatter ribs, without suffering any broken bones and withstand several of Warwick's attacks while only sustaining moderate injuries, a notable feat given that Warwick can easily eviscerate people with his claws. Enhanced Endurance: Jinx has an inhumanly high tolerance to pain. Despite all the punches that Vi landed on her during their fight in Janna's temple, she was able to keep moving and fighting back against her older sister with little trouble. She was also able to withstand the pain of getting her middle finger shot off her left hand, with the injury only slowing her down by several seconds, and inhale large amounts of the Grey for a prolonged period of time without passing out or suffocating. Inventor: Despite not having any formal education, Jinx is a prolific engineer and inventor, having created numerous contraptions and weapons with her own creativity and ingenuity. She was also able to quickly reverse-engineer the hextech technology created by Jayce and Viktor with just the aid of their research journal, making her the first Zaunite to build hextech weapons for her own use. Pow-Pow Pow-Pow: A machine gun of her own design, this would be Jinx's primary weapon during her usual escapades around Piltover and Zaun. Fishbones Fishbones: Designed from her childhood drawings, this rocket launcher has a chemtech payload known as Super Mega Rockets Super Mega Rockets. At one point, this weapon was modified to use a hextech gemstone as its power source, enabling it to shoot its payload over longer distances with greater power. Gun Gun: A pistol that fires chemtech bullets and is easily capable of injuring any targeted person. Jinx would later modify this weapon to use a hextech gemstone as its power source, enabling it to fire blasts of arcane energy at her targets. Chompers Chompers: Inspired by her childhood bomb designs, these bombs have a chemtech payload inside them. Disarming one can prove to be very dangerous, as its inner mechanisms are difficult to go through due to their random scrapheap design, even for highly skilled engineers such as Viktor Viktor and Jayce Jayce. Brawler: Although not as skilled as Vi, Jinx is competent at hand-to-hand combat, as displayed by how she was able to hold her own against her older sister during their scuffle in Janna's temple.

Appearance Vi stands at an average height, possessing a muscular build in her arms along with a fair shade of skin.

Her hair is styled in a choppy manner, originally shaded a reddish-pink but is now shaded of a more magenta hue, with the end tips going down to a darker shade, the left side of her hair shaved. She also has light gray eyes. She sports ring piercings, with two on her left ear and one on her left nostril. She has a variety of tattoos across her back (including a dark gray 'vi' marking on her right cheek). She has small scars in the middle of her right brow and upper lip, and a fingerless pair of bandages on her forearms.

Her attire consists of a white top that has a royal blue hood attached with it, soon covered by a short, red leather jacket that has royal blue sleeve hemlines, snaps, and lapels, with some thin edges layered in the same color that have the sleeves rolled to her elbows. Her top is tucked under a pair of somewhat baggy sage-green pants with dull grey stripes running downward in a pattern, the right pant sporting a brown flap pocket. The look is finished with a pair of worn and weathered knee-high boots.

Personality Vi is a tough, cocky, and hot-headed woman with a very loose respect for authority figures. As an adolescent, Vi had always been protective of her little sister, Powder, as she was always defending her whenever her adoptive brother, Mylo would tease her. This love extended into their adult years, despite Vi's harsh words to Powder following the deaths of their adopted family, and the conflict that would come about as the result of their divergent paths in life.

As an adult, Vi is no longer as hot-headed as she was during her years as an adolescent. She becomes more pragmatic, level-headed and cooperative, willing to bring Caitlyn evidence to prove Silco's criminal activities. The guilt she feels for abandoning her sister has pursued her and keeps intact even after those many years she spent imprisoned, in fact, this fueled her determination to reunite with Powder and endure the harsh prison life.

Her relationship with Caitlyn and the time they spend together has changed Vi her perspective of the topsiders, realizing there are people who doesn't look down on them and actually are kind and empathetic. Also, she starts to show a more vulnerable and emotional side of herself that she's never shown to anyone, telling Caitlyn things about her past, concerns and the guilt she feels for not being there for her sister. As a result, Vi is able to recognize those she knows she can trust and work with in order to change things for the better, such as Jayce Talis, whom Vi inmediately goes for help to destroy Silco's Shimmer imperium.

Abilities Brawler: Vi is skilled at hand-to-hand combat (learning from Vander), being able to dodge and counter most punches, even those from shimmer enhanced individuals. She would use her fighting skills in tandem with her gauntlets. Iron gauntlets: Made from iron cast metal with a flat surface area, she used Vander's signature weapons while training as well as when rescuing him from the warehouse. Atlas Gauntlets: Exceedingly rare and powerful hextech augments created by Jayce that considerably boost Vi's strength and dexterity. Vi actively uses prototypes of the Atlas Gauntlets. Leader: Learning from her adoptive father Vander, Vi became a competent leader for her small group of sumpsnipes, later inspiring Ekko Ekko to follow in her footsteps. Parkour: Being extremely athletic, Vi has no difficulties scaling rooftops and returning to Zaun from Piltover through an unconventional method by jumping off a cliff to running across a steel beam.
