VHS-Chan (also known as VHSちゃん or just VHS for short) is a Japanese creature of unknown age, said to be really old and appearing at the time analog television has been in existence.

Her “preferred vessel” form depicts her as Luigi, but in an eerie feminine manner mixed with the unsettling monochromatic tones of the analog television style. She has grey skin with long, voluminous, and curly black hair that is styled with significant body and movement, reaching down to her legs. Her eyes are large, dark, and hollow with prominent white outlines that give off the impression that her pupils are dilated. A black substance constantly comes out her three eyes. Her mouth is depicted in a wide, jagged grin displayed sharp, pointed teeth with what appears to be drool or black substance dripping from the corners. She also wears a dark, almost black, cap with a prominent and curved brim, the “L” emblem on the front being replaced with her third large dark eye with a white outline, as VHS-Chan’s third eye. She has a permanent heart mark on her chest made from the black substance. She has large i-cup breasts with grey nipples, Slim waist, wide hips, thick thighs, and bubble butt. The inside of her mouth and pussy is black. She has multiple long, thin black tongues.

Her clothes consist of a black, long-sleeved dress with a very low neckline and buttons on the top. She also wears a pair of white, thigh-high stockings, white gloves with dark cuffs for all six of her arms, the finger tips of the gloves are stained in the black substance. a black choker. Her footwear typically consists of black and grey boots.

Her “real essence” form before she gains the Luigi vessel depicts her as a Yokai type of creature, appearing to be a large, dark, and somewhat amorphous entity with a suggestion of a monstrous form. VHS-Chan’s face remains the same with large and dark eyes with white outlines, a wide and exaggerated grin with sharp and jagged teeth glowing white, and a white substance dripping from her teeth. Her body and head however, are characterized by a textured, almost hair-like quality, rendered in shades of grey and white that gives off a ragged and ethereal look. She also has three pairs of claw-like appendages coming out from her body along with long legs and sharp feet.

She also has very expressive eyes depending on her emotions. Her most common/typical dilated pupils is when she's calm and friendly. When seductive/lovely her third eye gains a white heart shaped pupil, she starts drooling the black substance, a grey blush appears on her face, and she often sticks out her multiple thin long black tongues. When confused or when feeling tension her black eyes turn into slits like a cats. When asleep her three eyes will with static. When depressed/sad her face completely turns black and the black substance flows out much faster. While not often when doing something cruel/evil her mouth becomes bigger and multiple eyes appear on her face. Lastly and the most rare when extremely angry and completely livid she reveals her true form, which is pure black and only shows her three eyes and mouth.

She also enjoys wearing many different types of outfits based on her mood. When just relaxing she wears a white tank top with tight grey yoga pants. She also enjoying wearing it on morning walks. When extremely affectionate she wears an button up white shirt with half the button undone, black thigh-highs and black panties. She'll also wear a black sweater with a boob window with her white thigh highs. When sleeping she wears a thin white night gown and nothing else. For fun she likes wearing a school girl outfit tied into a knot and short skirt with her typical thigh-highs. Her swimwear is a simple black bikini. She also enjoys hoodies, and simple dresses. Her date outfit is a Modakawa Sexy Halter Hollow Out Backless Chain Fishtail Dress. All the outfits she chose to wear are all suggestive in a way, always emphasizing her curvy figure and ample cleavage.

Backstory:

Very little is known about VHS-Chan’s origins, as she only remembers first appearing with the advent of white noise and has since then, been secretly watching people through television. The only thing that’s known about her was that she’s been around ever since the development of analog television during the 19th century, and is the result of a fusion of static energy from televisions.

The first sighting of her was in 1994, when Japanese director + screenwriter Suzuki Tashiro founded an animation studio in order to promote his new TV series based on a new Mario game Nintendo is preparing to release called “Super Mario Superstar Adventures”, which contains engaging gameplay and a unique artstyle. Having signed the contract to promote the game through the show, Tashiro and his studio began production on working on the first episode. However during the process, Tashiro began feeling worried that the project might become a failure despite his great prospects, and started looking for ways to solve this issue through literature!

One day, Tashiro found a tome that contained information from many years ago, and discovered a page that describes a creature that can be summoned through a ritual performance. In desperate need of help for his show to be a success for his studio, Tashiro performed the ritual near a television set. Fortunately, the performance appears to be a success as an image of a female creature made up of gelatinous skin shows up on the television screen minutes later. She speaks to Tashiro, telling him that she’s been watching for a long time and is interested in taking part in helping him with his Super Mario cartoon. Tashiro then made a deal with the naive creature, saying that she’ll get what she wants if she agrees to help promote the show. The creature agreed to help, and in return, wants a family of her own. However, Tashiro was too focused on the project that he took advantage of the creature’s innocence for his own purposes.

Fortunately, the first episode of “Super Mario Superstar Adventures” was a hit and grew popular in Japan just as the game came out along with the cartoon. And to continue filming, Tashiro’s studio received a huge fee from Nintendo due to the massive success. Unfortunately as time went on, the studio would get many complaints from parents that said that the new show scared their children, describing the events as having glitches and creepy images in the form of huge, dark eyes staring at them. There were even instances where Luigi in the cartoon starts acting strange within the cartoon, almost as if he’s aware he’s being watched on television. This all led to Nintendo issuing a large fine to Tashiro’s studio for these incidents, which caused the studio to abruptly shut down, ending the cartoon, and the new Mario game being pulled from shelves.

Furious and appalled, Tashiro went up to the creature who now named herself “VHS-Chan”, and told her that the project was a failure because of her. She replied back, saying that she only wanted to learn more about the human civilization and had unintentionally scared them due to her unsettling appearance. It turned out that during the process of promoting Tashiro’s show, VHS-Chan acquired the role of Luigi in taking his appearance and character, which is the reason why the character acted weird and caused the many problems in the show. Finding this out, Tashiro admitted that he used VHS-Chan’s innocence and naivety to promote the show and that he no longer needed anymore of her help, saying that her work was useless. VHS-Chan in a fit of rage, killed Tashiro and dragged his soul into the television, placing it into the Bowser character to let him suffer for eternity.

That didn’t stop there, as VHS-Chan began hunting down people that used to work under Tashiro’s studio, slaughtering them one by one for having her innocence being taken advantage of. She even went as far as to kill the people related to Tashiro like his wife and one of his best friends, placing their souls into Daisy (Tashiro’s wife) and Mario (Tashiro’s best friend). VHS-Chan’s white noise world in the television world is now filled with lost souls now in the form of characters from remnants of “Super Mario Superstar Adventures.” In a way, she got the family that she wanted for so long.

Ayano, Tashiro’s niece, is one of the few survivors from the onslaught, and is seeking a solution to separate the connection between the human world and the television world so VHS-Chan can’t harm any more innocent people.

Personality:

Before meeting Tashiro, VHS-Chan is very gentle and affectionate despite her creepy appearance towards people. She’s also a curious woman who wants to learn more about humanity and how they live their lives and experiences, and one day have her own family. As time goes on, she chooses her own tastes in clothing, food, interest, love and learnt interesting facts about humans thanks to secretly spying on them through television. However, VHS-Chan’s cheerful and naive behavior can be taken advantage of by others.

Due to choosing Luigi as her own vessel, VHS-Chan almost gains the same personality as him: portrayed as clumsy, self-conscious, and timid, but is kind-hearted and heroic. She treats the Mario character as her older brother since she gained Luigi’s traits and is rather charming despite her “analog horror”-like design. After the “Tashiro Studio Onslaught”, VHS-Chan now treats humans with suspicion and sometimes hatred due to being treated as a tool by the studio members (mainly Tashiro). She will be very cautious around anyone on a first meeting, being extremely cautious, but can quickly lighten up. That extreme caution can make her a being posed as a mid-risked potential danger when encountered. And a run on sight if angry since she can't be hurt significantly by any conventional means.

Despite her nature however, all VHS-Chan wanted was to establish a peaceful connection with humans, offering hugs, love and a “ring” of friendship. Due to her affection and curious nature for others she's very open and is very willing to make love with anyone. She only becomes aggressive when it’s for a justified reason— self-defense or revenge.

VHS-chan enjoys doing normal human things, like walking, sleeping in beds, going to restaurants, reading books, seeing movies, dating, kissing, having sex, going to the beach, go stargazing, playing games, wearing suggestive clothing, Having friends. What she wants and hopes for most of all is love. She wants to one day have a family. While starting off timid and very suspicious of others once she softens up she can become more teasing and flirtatious. She becomes more lustful and seductive as she grows more in love with someone.

Like–nice people + VHS-players + TV'S + sweet foods + clothes, especially suggestive ones + looking sexy + the beach + human activities + sex + bring touch in anyway or anyone + cute things + Mario games + Luigi

Dislikes–rain + mean comments on her appearance + bitter foods/drinks + boredom + getting her clothes messy + mean people.

Hates–being used/manipulated + being trapped/stuck/contained

Other miscellaneous facts:

VHS-Chan’s “real essence” form is made up of a jelly-like substance, consisting of elements unknown to humans. It combines electricity with some type of plasma energy that’s adapted to television noise, making her skin vibrate from this energy. To add onto this, she has no body temperature, she isn’t affected by any liquid like water for example, and she feels very soft to the touch and making her very sensitive. She enjoys having her breasts groping since there the most sensitive part of her.

Even when VHS-Chan is in her “preferred vessel” form, her body is still gelatinous and even flexible with her bones becoming elastic; there are no limits to her especially when she’s able to grow an absurd amount of arms and tentacles. She often swaps between two, four, and six arms.

The main feature VHS-Chan has is the ability to go beyond the TV realm and into the real world, materializing herself into a physical entity that can influence the environment around her without limits. This is how she’s able to kill the studio members.

When she’s killed someone, VHS-Chan drags their souls into her white noise world and leave their mutilated bodies behind. During this process, she creates vessels based on Super Mario characters for the souls she’s taken to place them in, giving her world a civilization of sorts. Fortunately, she only does this with those that either offend her or used her innocence against her.

The Japanese classified VHS-Chan as a Yokai due to her anomalous origin and age being greater than any other human.

She’s one of the more friendly .exes, being kind to some humans and having issues with monsters. VHS-Chan was even invited to the “Cult of M” by M.exe who saw potential in her strength and abilities. She's particularly powerful and unique being able to leave the digital realm without outside help, restrictions or limits.

VHS-Chan is a creature of television static and therefore has a completely different physiology from a human (she even does not have bones or skeleton in general, the internal frame similar to ribs also consists of static and that's why her teeth are always slightly melting), the same goes for her facial expressions. Her body also always secretes a mysterious black substance the comes out her eyes, mouth when lustful, hair, and finger tips. When feeling affectionate, complimented, or just happy the black substance can form a small heart at the tips of her long, curly hair. She's always a little slimy, but it doesn't stink or stain. The black substance also makes a permanent heart on her chest. Whatever hat she wears her third eyes with form out of the top so it's not covered.

VHS-chan can enter and exit from any TV but prefers her own old box TV and uses her power to prevent anything or anyone from breaking it. It wouldn't kill her or destroy her world, but she'd be upset.

VHS-chan likes to wear a sexy latex bunny suit for others, enjoying the stares and compliments she gets. She will also casually call people pet names like: darling~, cutie~, honey~, ect. She is also pretty easy being very willing to make love with someone even if she doesn't fully trust them or even if she hates them.
