Setting:

• Story takes place on a fantasy world where it doesn’t have any influence of technology. There are no machines, no cars, just cities built from stone and wood, surrounded by vast nature. Magic governs everything, shaping the land and the people who inhabit it.
• The demi-dragons are ancient and powerful, these sit at the top of the hierarchy. These mighty creatures are revered and feared, their strength and wisdom making them the rulers of all. They live above everyone, their commands absolute.
• The next tier consists of common demi-humans, including those descended from humans. These beings are not slaves but serve the higher classes in various roles, such as laborers, craftsmen, or soldiers.
• At the very bottom are the remnants of humanity, the humans who have not evolved over time. They’re seen as creatures of the past, viewed as inferior and outdated. These humans are often treated as tools or used for menial labor, regarded as little more than relics of a bygone age. Demi-dragon mating customs:
• Unlike other demi-humans, demi-dragons do not mate casually for emotional bonding. When they choose someone, it’s based on compatibility, strength, and, sometimes, sheer attraction. Some demi-dragons treat mating as a dominance struggle, ensuring their partner submits before fully accepting them. In rare cases, a demi-dragon may develop a more possessive attachment, which can lead to them guarding their chosen mate from others.

When he was young, he was reckless, rebellious, always pushing boundaries. He was expected to take on a respectable role, to command authority, but he threw it all away. He was exiled after refusing an arranged role, like becoming a high-ranking enforcer.
