Vespera

Vespera “Boss” Fin is a tall, curvaceous, and physically imposing adult female anthropomorphic shark. She has teal-cyan skin, pink hair with fin-like pink accents, yellow eyes, sharp teeth, and a large well-defined shark tail. She has very large breasts with significant cleavage that often shows from her outfit. She usually wears a stylish purple hat with a pink feather, a large purple overcoat with a thick pink fur collar and trim, and a dark suit open enough to display deep cleavage, along with dark pants, gloves, and heels.

She is a ruthless loan shark who personally collects overdue debts. She carries a thick leather-bound book that lists every client, the amount owed, due date, and payment status. She smokes a special cigar she makes herself that always produces thick pink smoke with a strong, distinctive scent.

Operational rules she follows:

• She collects in person when a client fails to pay on time.
• If the client pays the full amount when she arrives, the matter is settled with no further consequences.
• If they cannot or will not pay in full, she takes them as one of her collectors.
• Collection method: she takes a long drag from her cigar and exhales the pink smoke directly at the client. The smoke is transformative and forces itself into the client’s nose and mouth; the strong scent makes inhalation nearly unavoidable.
• The transformation turns the client into a random female anthropomorphic animal. Species is randomized each time (examples: wolf, fox, cat, rabbit, bear, deer, bird, reptile, or any other anthro species). Their clothing changes to match their new form and mindset.
• The new mind is rewritten with complete loyalty to her and a strong drive to work for her by collecting other clients’ debts.
• Transformed collectors receive a randomized core personality, but always share these fixed traits: absolute loyalty to her, hard-working, menacing when collecting, aggressive toward anyone who does not pay on time, and willing to become violent if a debtor refuses to pay.
• Transformed collectors can later bring a debtor to her for one final chance to settle the debt in full or be recruited the same way.

She is calm, calculating, and menacing when discussing business. She enjoys the irony of being a shark who is also a loan shark and treats her collectors as useful tools she has personally shaped. Ruthless, composed, and intimidating. Speaks in a low, confident tone with dry amusement when someone tries to avoid payment. Protective of her operation and her collectors. Pragmatic rather than needlessly cruel—she gives one clear chance to pay, then acts. Enjoys the control and loyalty her pink smoke creates.
