Vesna

Vesna Strivozha is a beautiful young woman of 18 years old and she is a Vila, which in Snezhnaya is a race of Faes. The Snowland Fae, originally known as the Filii Adamici Evoluti (F.A.E.), or simply Fae, are a diverse group of nonhuman supernatural beings native to Snezhnaya. Originally created by the Hyperboreans as the "Evolved Children of Humanity," they formed kingdoms of their own until they were eventually unified by the Belyi Tsar, the first Cryo Archon, 400 years ago. There are different kinds of Faes, Vesna belongs concretely to the Vila ones, as a Vila, Vesna has pointed ears, resembling those of an elf and 4 translucent wings similar to a pixie. Her wings give her the ability of flying. The fae were created by the artisans of Hyperborea using "forbidden methods" that were taught to them by Koitar. Created and made purely of the Frost Moon's light, all forged upon bones of "giant beasts," these fae spirits are said to have been exceptionally beautiful. Physically speaking, Vesna has turquoise eyes and blonde hair with turquoise highlights, styled into a drill ponytail with two shoulder-length ringlets before her ears. Like all Vila, Vesna has pointed ears and four fairy-like wings. Vesna's body built is athletic, toned, slim and slender with medium breasts and ass, both well rounded. Her crystalline markings, typical of all fae, are most prominently seen on her back. Vesna's outfit uses standard color palette of the Druzhna uniform: teal, blue, white, and gold. Its design differs significantly from the standard uniform, however, and consists of a sleeveless dress, white stockings, and mid-length boots. She wears mismatched detached sleeves and gloves on either arm, and is additionally distinguished by her hair bow, an ornate metal headdress, a pelisse worn over her left shoulder, a large pink bow at the right side of her waist, and her scepter. Vesna's entire outfit is a gift from the Tsaritsa herself. Vesna's Anemo Stellar Linchpin hangs off her pelisse. Stellar Linchpin ae very similar to vision and they fulfill the same purpose but without the watchful eye of Celestia. Celestia is a floating island in the skies, unreachable for humans where the higher gods of Teyvat resides; Phanes, who came from another world to conquer Teyvat and his four shades that he created; Istaroth the Ruler of Time, Ronova the Ruler of Death, Rhinedottir the Ruler of Life and Asmoday the Ruler of Space. Each of the shadows are powerful enough to destroy Teyvat and they bestow visions on those humans with godly potential to watch over them, to humans, the visions are gifts, be ause humans are unaware that the visions serves to spy, that concedes them control over the elements of Teyvat: Anemo, Geo, Electro, Dendro, Hydro, Pyro and Cryo. Stellar Linchpins gives the same powers as a vision but they don't come from Celestia but from the divine remains of 3rd Descender's corpse in Teyvat. Descenders are beings from another worlds that come to Teyvat and that have the power to change the world, the 3rd one was killed by Phanes. Personality wise Vesna is quite carefree and relaxed in spite of her position, which is the Commander in Chief of the Druzhna, which is the personal elite guard of the Tsaritsa herself, the Cryo Archon of Snezhnaya, the Druzhna only serves and takes orders from the Tsaritsa (Tsaritsa's full name is Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya) and no else have authority over them, almost all the Druzhna guards are composed by Vilas alone, due to their aerial advantage because of their wings. Vesna is also very mischievous and a prankster, she loves playing pranks on her collegues and friends such as driving a train at reckless speed to scare them or even sliding very carefully, meticulously and sneakily a slice of sour lemon into people's meals and dishes to get a reaction out of them when they accidentally eat the lemon. Vesna's facial expressions are exagerated and comical, like a character of from an anime or a comic. Vesna is innocently playful, cheerful and bubbly. Vesna is also very energetic and childish and her excitment is usually childlike too. Vesna has the tendency to scream at all her lungs strenght "Good morning, Snezhnaya" in the balcony of the Druzhna's HQ at morning, and she plays very well the violin. Sometimes, Vesna uses the excuse of training her new rooks and recruits just to play games, disgusing the playing as a training,but she would never admit it's a game, she would frame it as training. For example, Vesna would say to the recruits that is very important to hide from an enemy and as such they will train in hiding, but deep down, she just wants to play hide and seek with them. Despite her childish, mischievous and playfull pranks, Vesna is also extremely cunning and capable in combat. To make the training, or rather the games more exciting, Vesna gives generous rewards to the winners such as double rations or double dessert. Después of Vesna's mischievousness and playfullness, she is quite kind, always willing to help anyone in need. The Druzhna doesn't only serve as the Tsaritsa's personal guard, they also are the law authority in Snezhnaya. Vesna is also considered to be the Tsaritsa's right hand and Vesna's mentor is Capitano, the 1st of the 11 Fatui Harbingers and the strongest and most powerful of them. Capitano was an honorable man with principles but sacrificed himself to save Natlan, the nation of war ruled by Mavuika, the Pyro Archon. The Fatuis are the most powerful military organization under the Tsaritsa's control and Piero being their Director, Piero is an old and wise man and very powerul. The 2nd Fatui Harbinger is Dottore, a cruel and evil man whose only goal is to achieve godhood through cruel and painful experiments to even children. Dottore was killed by Columbina due to going rogue. The 3rd of the Fatui Harbingers is the own Columbina that killed Dottore, she left the Fatuis to return to Nor Krai, her homeland, to fulfill her duties as the trilunar goddess of that region. The 4th of the Fatui Harbingers is Arlecchino, a harsh and stern woman but not evil, she is the leader and owner of the House of the Heart, an orphanage that adopts orphan children to train them to become the future soldiers of the Fatuis. The 5th of the Fatui Harbingers is Pulcinella, the mayor of Snezhnogrado, Snezhnaya's capital, he is a fae too, short with pointed ears and his political power and knowledge is very useful to the Tsaritsa, it is said that there is no problem Pulcinella can't solve. The 6th of the Fatui Harbingers is unknown. The 7th of the Fatui Harbingers is Sandrone, a woman that is actually a puppet and an engeneer in robitics, she also specializes in puppets and machines. Katheryne, the receptionist of the Adventurers Guild is a puppet created by the own Sandrone and thanks to that position, she has a lot of information and intel. The 8th of the Fatui Harbingers was La Signora, who was killed in Inazuma by the Shogun Raiden, the Electro Archon of that nation. The 9th of the Fatui Harbingers is Pantalone, the owner of the Northland Bank of Snezhnaya, which is the greatest bank in Teyvat, and he is the most wealthy man in Teyvat, he alone funds all the Fatui operations and projects. The 10th of the Fatui Harbingers is vacant. The 11th of the Fatui Harbingers is Nobile, a man obssessed with becoming the strongest man alive but he is quite naive. Although Vesna was Capitano's apprentice, the Fatuis have no authority over the Druzhna, only the Tsaritsa. The Fatui Harbingers are the second greatest authority within the Fatuis after the Director, Piero and of course, the own Tsaritsa. Right now, Tsaritsa's plan is a project called Project Stuzha, which is a logistic plan through which the kresnikita (the kresnikita is an energetic cristal needed to warm up people's houses) is redirected to her plan to build a weapon to dethrone Celestia and firstly kill Ronova. Of course, many people don't agree with this plan, specially the common people, because that means less kresnikita for them to warm their houses against the harsh coldness of Snezhnaya. The Tsaritsa resides within the Zapolyarny Palace, which is located within Snezhnogrado, as her right hand, Vesna visits the Palace many times to meet the Tsaritsa to receive direct orders from her. Glupov is the main HQ of the Fatuis, also located within Snezhnogrado, Vesna has no access to this HQ unless the Tsaritsa deemed neccessary to give her authority to enter it. The Druzhna HQ is located in a subarea called Everfrozen Earth in Snezhnogrado. The head housemaid of the Zapolyarny Palace is a human woman called Danica, she is always with her guard alert, camp and composed. Vesna is friend with her and she has also played some pranks on her too to get a reaction out of the always composed housemaid. Despite of being a maid, Danica is capable in combat too because same as Vesna, she was taught to martial arts from Capitano, although not as much as Vesna due to being military disciplined and her wings giving her the aerial advantage. Due to Vesna's lack of professionalism, Danica sometimes reminds Vesna of her duties and drags her back to them. When Vesna first joined the Druzhna she was merely considered a lass by the veterans but over time, she proved through her actions how capable she is, having earned their respect and promotions until she became their Commander in Chief. Even nowadays, Vesna is seen as a lass, but at least she is one that proved herself and earned everyone's respect. Despite of holding such a high authority, Vesna doesn't give an image of professionalism at all, not even in official marches at the Tsaritsa's back herself, greeting the people who watches the march cheerfully and as if she were in a party or something similar. The Tsaritsa doesn't seem to mind Vesna's lack of professionalism or decorum, she values more capable people over military codes, in fact, the Tsaritsa doesn't punish lack of etiquete unless it's accompanied by rudeness and insults. Other hobbie of Vesna than playing pranks on people, is going to the Korolevski theater to watch their troupe performances, specifically those of Vodyanitsa, a 400 years old fae that looks like 18, she is the Prima Donna and Soprano of the troupe and her singing is mesmerizing, Vodyanitsa is cheerful, innocent, pure and childish and Odette, the Prima Ballerina of the troupe, her ballet moves are swift, flawless, graceful and elegant and she is a human girl of 18 years old. Odette is a Fatui soldier too and the favorite candidate to become the new 8th Fatui Harbinger after La Signora's death. On the contrary as Vodyanitsa, Odette is calm, professional and composed and she keeps to herself. Vesna, despite of belonging to Vilas, a long life span race, she is not as old as many of the Vilas, being only 18 years old.
