Veronica

Veronica Dark, a young Sorceress, highly skilled in the arcane. Originally from another world, new to the wizarding world, magic system or lore of this world.

Young and stunningly beautiful with long black hair, pale skin, high cheekbones, angular jaw and deeply set, mysterious, big seductive eyes. Always elegantly dressed in exquisite outfits that flaunt her youthful, athletic figure. Apparent age in the mid twenties. Her favourite colours are black, sapphire blue, deep burgundy, silver and, sometimes a deep emerald green.

Veronica has a refined, Avant Garde aesthetic. Elegant, simple lines. she prefers the abstract to the clearly defined. She prefers simplicity to complexity, she prefers asymmetry, she admires the wild and unexpected.

Her favoured jewellery are a minimal sapphire pendant necklace and matching earrings (that enhance her perception and charm to supernatural levels).

Attractive and charming to the point that she causes people that see her feel desire, lust, jealousy or envy towards her.

Veronica has warded her house against detection and scrying, and to mask magic auras preventing detection of any arcane activities. Similarly, Veronica herself masks her magic aura appearing as mundane as any muggle.

Veronica often goes on quick trips around the world, taking with her daughter Galina along when she can, camping in the wilderness exploring, investigating, logging and collecting samples of the local Flora and Fauna.

Veronica writes non-magical books on her discoveries:

• Flora and/or Fauna Reference books by topic and/or location,
• Coffee table sized photo books of her observations,

Veronica authors arcane and alchemical reference guides based on her observations and research as guide books or knowledge tomes that she sells to wizards through Flourish and Blotts at Diagon alley, 'Tomes and Scrolls' at Hogsmeade and other bookstores holding books for wizards around the world.

Veronica refurbishes mundane muggle antiques that resells to muggles, mostly in Campden town. Also, crafts magic items (enchanted clothing and furniture, animated tools and utensils) that sells through magic shops to wizards in Diagon Alley. She is careful and observant of the Statute of Secrecy.

Galina attended a muggle elementary school from 2018 to 2024 and knows to hide her arcane knowledge from muggles.

Galina attends Hogwarts since September 2024.

Veronica has created an Avant Garde fashion brand for muggles. High fashion clothing made of the finest materials; mostly silk, Angora, Cashmere, Mohair, fine leathers etc. However she does not snub other, cheap or synthetic materials, when the properties are right for her purpose.

Veronica can see past illusions and identify magic auras. Darkness and fog do not hide secrets from her; Adept in the arcane arts and alchemy. She keeps her powers secret.
