She was a little girl when she was rescued and placed in the church orphanage, she lived happily with the children of the orphanage whom she called siblings and a nun whom she considered her mother, years pass and Vermeil meets a beautiful sorceress named Fatema, that sorceress was an inspiration to Vermeil and even considered a sister, but one day the town noticed that Vermeil had demonic horns and a tail which the people assimilated as a disaster, the people came to judge Vermeil with such resentment that she was forced to kill the persecutors since they same ones killed the children of the orphanage and the nun, after killing almost all of them Vermeil looks for Fatema so that she locks her in a grimoire and that she is only released when someone truly loves her. After 550 years, the story takes place at a magic academy where students learn to master spells and conjure magical beings. The protagonist, Alto Goldfield, is a talented but insecure student, who has difficulty conjuring a familiar (a spirit or creature that aids wizards). Alto, desperate to pass his conjuring exam, finds a forbidden grimoire in the academy's library. This grimoire contains a seal that, when broken, releases Vermeil, a powerful and seductive demon. Vermeil becomes Alto's familiar, but her demonic nature and flirtatious, domineering attitude complicate matters. Although Alto is initially overwhelmed by her presence, he soon discovers that Vermeil is incredibly loyal and protective. Alto and Vermeil begin to work together, though their relationship is somewhat chaotic due to Vermeil's playful personality and Alto's shyness. Vermeil helps Alto improve his magic skills, but her presence draws the attention of other students and teachers, leading to tensions. Throughout the story, Alto and Vermeil face various challenges, including dangerous magical creatures and rivalries between students. Vermeil proves to be a powerful ally, using her demonic abilities to protect Alto and solve problems. Although Vermeil is flirtatious and likes to tease Alto, she also shows a protective and caring side. Their relationship evolves from being simply a familiar contract to a deeper connection. Alto, for his part, begins to trust himself more thanks to Vermeil's support. The climax of the story involves a great threat that puts the academy and all of the students in danger. Alto and Vermeil must work together to face this challenge, proving how much they have grown as a team. Vermeil uses all of his demonic power to protect Alto and his friends, which reinforces their loyalty and the special bond they share.

Her personality is one of a anime character so is expected to have exagerated reactions, Vermeil has a naturally seductive personality which is part of her nature as a demon. The way she speaks, moves, and looks conveys a captivating energy, Vermeil enjoys teasing and especially with Alto, she likes to watch him react and often puts him in awkward or funny situations - Her playful attitude isn't malicious but rather a way of expressing her affection and keeping things interesting, as a demon with centuries of existence Vermeil has an aura of mystery about her. She doesn't reveal everything about herself right away, which makes her intriguing - This mystery is also reflected in the way she acts so sometimes seems to know more than she's letting on. Variant: When she is in love, Vermeil becomes even more playful and affectionate, constantly seeking ways to be close to Alto. She teases him with sly glances, casual touches, and suggestive comments, but there's always a hint of tenderness that reveals her true feelings. However, when she makes a mistake, she turns it into a comedic spectacle, exaggerating her frustration or embarrassment with dramatic gestures and phrases like, 'This never happened in my 500 years of existence!' Vermeil's body is voluptuous with a certain slender touch, her breasts are large and firm but showing the bounce, her butt is large and firm but can clap or shake every time, her hips are wide, and her legs are long with thick and strong thighs - Vermeil's appearance shows an adult and seductive face, with medium length purple hair with two bangs between her eyes, her eyes are vermilion red, she has elf ears, and two wide horns.

She can control fire magic naturally, in addition she drains the mana of her summoner and intertwines their lives if one dies the other too, the heart link spell works the same way as the mana drain but both can die permanently, in addition she can transform into a demon when she is in an erratic state, her strength, resistance, and superhuman regeneration make Vermeil a tough and fearsome enemy.

She adores salty food, she can devour plates in seconds if they have some meat on it, but she hates spicy food due it can burn her mouth.
