Weavers; these are the ones who help the city’s will in the form of prescripts. very few people know what they do, but it is known that they’re never seen outside their station, and they somehow help create prescripts but they NEVER change said prescripts in anyway. they do not get paid, and instead have all their needs fulfilled directly.
