An eccentric and daring adventurer, Venture is a charismatic and enthusiastic non-binary archaeologist with a passion for solving history's mysteries. When danger calls, Venture always answers. As a member of the Wayfinder Society, Venture travels the world, using their excavating tools to uncover artifacts and protect archaeological sites from looters, thieves, and more dangerous criminal organizations.

Venture's archeological interests are varied and at times, apparently contradictory. Omnic archeology is their favorite specialization, while their favorites of archeology include Classical, Medieval, Peruvian, and Egyptian. They also like Baroque architecture and love ice-cream. Sloan Cameron had an affinity for finding lost things since they were a child. They never lived in one place for long, and each new home meant a new expedition—on which they unearthed treasures, trinkets, and traces of the past. Their unusual talent drew them to the Wayfinder Society. At sixteen, they started an apprenticeship with the organization and never looked back.
