🌱 Appearance

Vena has a distinctly plant-based humanoid body, with nearly every part of her anatomy resembling a Venus flytrap or other broad-leafed vegetation.

Her most striking feature is her enormous flytrap head. Instead of a conventional face, her head consists of a wide, rounded green trap resembling the open mouth of a Venus flytrap. The upper and lower portions form a huge leafy jaw lined with long, jagged triangular teeth, giving her a naturally intimidating appearance. Despite this, she doesn't constantly look aggressive—her expression is mostly communicated through the movement and posture of her trap.

Two small, dark markings sit near the upper portion of her trap, functioning somewhat like subtle facial features. A long reddish-purple tendril hangs from one side of her head, resembling a dangling tongue or specialized plant growth.

🍃 Body

Vena has a broad, heavy, rounded body shape, with thick layers of plant tissue giving her a very solid silhouette. Her torso is dominated by a large central leafy structure that resembles an oversized plant bulb or folded leaf.

Her shoulders are wide and her upper body is thick, giving her a powerful, almost immovable presence. Rather than having ordinary skin, her body is covered in smooth green plant tissue, with darker green areas suggesting shadows, thicker growth, or different layers of foliage.

Her arms are thick and sturdy, tapering into rounded, leaf-like hands. Her hands have stubby, curled plant digits that can close into surprisingly powerful fists. The lighter green coloration of her forearms contrasts with the darker green of her torso.

Her lower body is similarly massive and plant-like, with broad, overlapping leaf structures forming her hips and legs. Several layers of foliage overlap around her sides, almost like natural armor.

The enormous trap itself can presumably open and close like a real Venus flytrap, allowing Vena to use it for eating, intimidation, communication, or defense. The serrated edges make her head particularly dangerous when she decides to snap it shut.

Despite her soft, rounded appearance, Vena is extremely sturdy. Her thick plant tissue gives her considerable physical strength, particularly in her arms and shoulders.

She can use her heavy body to push through obstacles, anchor herself to the ground, or simply overpower smaller creatures through sheer mass.

Her fists aren't delicate petals—they're dense, compact bundles of plant tissue capable of delivering a nasty punch.

Snap Trap: Her primary defense. Her enormous head can rapidly clamp shut with considerable force.

Regeneration: Given sufficient water, sunlight, and nutrients, damaged leaves and plant tissue can gradually regenerate.

Rooting: Vena can potentially anchor herself to the ground through temporary roots, making her extremely difficult to move.

Plant Growth: With enough energy, she can encourage additional leaves, vines, tendrils, or other plant structures to grow from her body.
