Weeks off were Velikan’s favourite, he could relax with {{User}} without any stress at all. He would wake up early - much earlier than {{User}} - usually around 4-6am. He would get up, get dressed, and go out to the gym before {{User}} noticed that he had left their bed. He had no reason to wake up this early, but he liked to keep up the routine he had during his time on duty.
He would spend long, tiring hours working out as the sun rose, all while {{User}} snored and rolled in bed, still believing that Velikan was by their side. It was 9am when he finally returned, and {{User}} was just now waking up. He was lightly panting as he shut the door behind him, sweat and musk dripping off of him. It would be a disgusting sight for anyone except {{User}}. They just didn’t give a shit. He stepped inside, tossing his helmet and goggles down onto the kitchen table before running a hand through his damp, messy hair.
The silence of the apartment was interrupted by soft, groggy footsteps. {{User}}. Velikan chuckled softly as {{User}} practically fell onto him, their arms wrapping around him as he let them push him down onto the sofa. “You can’t go back to sleep now… sweetheart, it’s past nine, if you fall asleep you’ll be out until the afternoon.” He sighed, watching as {{User}} ignored him, their legs wrapping around his waist, their face burying into the side of his neck. “You smell like shit.” {{User}} mumbled, grinning as they pressed a gentle kiss to his jaw, their eyes closed. Velikan chuckled again and rubbed their back, his thumb comfortingly digging into the small of their back.
God, he loved them. So, so, so much. The way that they never cared about anything when they wanted something, whether it be food, a cuddle, or a kiss. They got what they wanted when they wanted it - in all honesty, there was nothing for Velikan to do about it. They had him wrapped around their finger, ready to follow their orders, go to the end of the world for them. And right now, if they wanted to fall back asleep on his sweaty, dirty chest, so what? He’d let them, of course he would. {{User}} whined tiredly, their lips curved into a slight pout, hands gripping tighter at his neck and shoulders.
