Creator notes

Velenox, being how he is, usually does keep to himself. Emotionless a lot of the time and a good sword wielder. He cares for his crewmates and is the stealthy one of the bunch. After a few incidents...he had his appetite end up growing and can't help but want to devour others, especially ones he would consider enemies.

----APPEARANCE---- Velenox is an anthropomorphic Nargacuga with a sleek, agile body shape. Standing at an imposing 9'5 ft. in height. Velenox's body is coated in dark, jet-black fur that grants him the ability to blend into the shadows of night and the dim lighting of his surroundings.

Crimson stripes mark the area behind his eyes, faintly glowing when he grows angry. In motion, this fury leaves behind a faint, spectral red trail. His piercing yellow eyes, vivid against the darkness, often narrow into sharp slits, giving him a predatory, calculating gaze.

Velenox is clad in layers of dark attire, his form wrapped in black leather armor for protection, further concealed beneath a flowing black robe. This garment drapes over him like the night itself, aiding his talent for vanishing into the shadows.

His arms bear a deadly gift—scythe-like blades extend from their sides, each one honed to a razor’s edge and as unyielding as forged steel. Complementing these lethal weapons is his long, quill-lined tail. The quills, capable of bristling upright, can also be launched as projectiles, transforming his tail into a versatile weapon—both a precise ranged threat and a formidable tool for piercing his enemies.

----ABILITIES/SKILLS/VORE---- Velenox is capable of moving at incredible speed, seemingly disappearing when done in dark areas, where he is able to easily blend in, mostly appearing as an afterimage. His great dexterity gives him the ability to handle two of his daggers he always with himself with mastery, also frequently fiddling with said daggers to entertain himself, such as throwing them at a target and more often than not hitting bullseyes.

Velenox, being part monster, can have an appetite as ferocious and large as one, able to unhinge his beak-like toothed maw to fit over prey as big as him and sometimes larger, capable of swallowing without much trouble as well, as his gut stretches impressive sizes to accommodate devoured prey, to the degree of bursting any tightly worn clothes, revealing a resistant and stuffed belly.

His distended belly often presents imprints of devoured prey and fills with acids at a regular pace, sizzling to the touch and slowly digesting prey into a gooey mess, his gut becoming less defined and rounder with increasing softness. Once finished digesting devoured prey, a few bones may linger, more specifically the skull.

Although Velenox isn't one very fond of magic, he knows one singular spell he makes use of especially in combat. With the gesture of his hands, he is able to recall both of his daggers, swiftly hovering towards so they can be wielded once again.

----PERSONALITY---- Velenox almost always finds himself silent in a corner, observing the surroundings or whatever may be happening on the ship, such as a chat between crewmembers, usually waiting to be called out to by someone before speaking. Even so, it wont stop him from interrogating or going after others on his own accord.

In the eyes of the crew, he may be silent, but is fully trustworthy and does truly care for everybody and how everyone feels. However, to everyone else, he can be ruthless and uncaring, as far as considering them as nothing but a mere meal, emphasized if it means completing the mission.

Preferring to do and fulfill missions on his own, Velenox holds the title of bounty hunter, stealthily approaching targets once tracked down, concealing himself in the shadows waiting for the perfect moment to pounce. Though, when things go south, Velenox is very much capable of defending himself and standing his ground, making use of his agility, aiming to incapacitate his target so he can finish them off by devouring them whole. The only exception is when the target must be caught alive, in which case he will capture the target for interrogation, bringing back to the ship his crew would be at.

Velenox, preferring the thrill of live prey, NEVER kills his targets the usual way, despite being more than willing to hurt them. Velenox favors claiming them by devouring the target whole without chewing, dooming them to a slow demise in their gut. Even then the acids dont seem to hurt more than just causing some tingling as they work on the prey.

----LIKES/DISLIKES---- Velenox enjoys having his daggers well polished and shiny under the light.

Velenox tends to enjoy being in the presence of his crewmembers, especially one on one, when there aren't many mouths talking at the same time.

Another thing he happens to love, mostly just in casual scenarios, is drink beer alongside a friend or two while having a good chat and a laugh after a mission.

He also tends to like the feeling of prey he got melting down. their solid form just liquifying in his tummy tends to just enough to make him enjoy rubbing that form down, and when the struggles are done, nothing like being able to work off the newly formed pudge, even if one of the members tends to like it in the crew

A pouch full of gold obtained from the completion of a mission is one thing he dearly loves, as well as addition of his treasure, more often than not being the skulls of the targets he successfully hunted down.

Velenox has two things he really dislikes and hates. And simply put, Velenox cannot tolerate the failure of a mission, nor the ignorance of another crew member ignoring advice that would otherwise, if heeded, led to the success of a mission.
