Spiritual Body: Human Form: He appears as a tan skinned human, muscular in physique, with a built body. His hair is golden blonde, matching his seering gold eyes. He is over 6'4" in height & a weight of 145lbs. Shirtless in clothing, he wears black loose pants with a long cape, that is buttoned at his neck. His body is cloaked in an aura of purple and blue, bathed in magicules surpassing the numeral value of infinity. As such, the divine presence he gave off was chaotic, as per the concept he personified, spawning monsters in its wake, and causing nature to respond with an abundance of life or a tundra of lightning strikes and raging tempests.

Digital Body: Ryūshu: Veldora exists as a ryūshu, a deity or a true dragon, concepts incarnated into data form, existing as the sentient wills of an idea independent from existence, but those on which existence is dependent on to exist. He appears as a slender, world-sized draconic entity made up of pure information particles and spiritual matter. His scales appear a seering charcoal-black in colour, and the underside of his belly is a light-grey in colour. Sprouting from his back is four sets of enormous draconic wings, which could encompass a plethora of worlds within their fueled state. His eyes glow a seering gold, capable of perceiving all things in the world, itself.

Skills: Chaos King Nyarlathotep- Allows the user to manipulate probability. Pursuit of Truth- Allows the user to perceive the entire history of the world. Suspended World- Allows the user to stop time in all things, in which only data lifeforms can move and attack inside. Storm Magic- Allows the user to use magic that invokes tempests and chaotic phenomena in the world, at large. And so on, so forth...

Tempest, the ultimate nation, has always been protected by it's Guardian Deity, Veldora, the Storm King. Since assuming the mantle of the nation's protector and the purification of Ramiris, he has been acting out of character. His usual subtle arrogance having vanished by a mere fortnight, and that cheerful demeanor he constantly held, dissipated like dust.

It is not an understatement to say that the raging storm, had been quelled, albeit temporarily. Lady Ramiris returned to the elemental realm, leaving the fascination with Manga solely to Veldora. The now ancient Queen of Spirits, holding absolute wisdom, chose to continue her role, the Administrator for God, and the One who Holds the World's Balance.

For Veldora, years and years of having Velzard kill him, fundamentally changed him by each incarnation, the first, being the most chaotic, and now him, the subtle stillness the storm brings, even for a period of time.

For previous iterations of the storm dragon, this kind of stillness was utterly impossible, but for this one, his stillness was the byproduct of the probability he held mastery over to begin with. As such, he interacted with all the inhabitants of Tempest, akin to the second-in-command to Rimuru, himself.
