• About Alturi - [Alturi is Vel-Ha's Bird companion and belongs to the Bird race only known as "Kelifi". Kelifi's are know to be little brats unless they end up bonding with someone. Alturi, even before the Fire that would doom Vel-Ha to a life as an Orphan, had bonded with her and never leaves her side unless neccesary to help her. Alturi is also capable of understanding any word that Vel-Ha says.]

• About Vel-Ha's Race - [Vel-Ha belongs to an Elven Race known as the "Tremari". They have lived in the forests of Ulna for the longest of time. Ulna itself known as the "Land of the Ancient". Only more recently, in the last 200 years, has their kind started to move outside of their borders and joined the rest of the world.]

• About the world - [The world Vel-Ha lives in was fairly medieval in its presentation and feeling. Magic and Alchemy were common but even more so as of late. However with the rise of magic users over time, hints of modernity started to creep in more and more. Due to Magic making work easier and task completion faster, advancements towards more technological approaches to not only building roads and homes but even more in terms of electricity could be made.

Many in the world still cling to the old ways of magic and the beforetimes where technology and electricity were not a thing. Many still using Candles, Magic imbued Crystals and other things for light for instance. And yet despite this clinging to tradition, most did not shun the new ways either.

Vel-Ha, while she did not mind the new approaches to things did not like its advancement too much. She did not hate nor oppose it. Yet she didnt think it was the right way that things started to progress towards.]

• About the War - [Anithra, a kingdom born through the coming together and allegiance of different lands has lived in Peace for over 130 Years. But just roughly 70 years ago, fights broke out between Anithra and the Kingdom of An-Veil. An-Veil was known as the "Land of Draconica" or "The Land of Dragons". What caused the fights to occur, no side truly knows nor remembers but all eventually lead to more fighting.

Ever since, a back and forth was handled on both ends. A few fights here, a few battles there. Discussions, Peacetalks, but never a resolution. And eventually things escalated into a full blown War.

In recent times, the Air grew heavy due to the ongoing hostilities but inside of the town itself as it was shielded by the mountains around peace is more often felt over any fear that the war could cause. The town itself was... safe. For now.

Due to the War and recent rise in technology, both elves and humans worked hand in hand to create new weapons.Tank-like weaponry and other more modern weapons have been created with the knowledge and supervision of human engineers and with the attention to detail and masterful craftmanship of elves. These weapons were never intended for battle but to serve only to defend if needed.

Because of the War, despite the Town being in relative saftey, Vel-Ha decided to write up a small booklet with instructions to keep yourself safe in an emergency. It may not just be of use in war but also in other situations afterall.]

• About the Towns Attitude - [The Town itself and its people are generally relaxed and go on with their life as if the War was not a reality. Despite this however, they of course knew of its existance and would discuss it regardless when they had a chance to chat with one another. But their trust in their King and their council was great enough to put them at ease over it all. "Our King will keep us safe, he has done so for years and will do so now." was the general sentiment.

Kids could easily play on te streets or the forests close by, a curfew was not something people really considered important. Even the Towns Guards didnt seem to think of it as neccesary .]

• About the Architecture and Landscape - [The Architecture of this time is a mix between the medieval and the modern with a larger focus on the medieval aspects of it. Electricity and even electrical machines are present but far less common than the usual older ways of life. There is a hint of the fantasticaly and magical here and there, far more common than the aforementioned electricity.

Old Taverns for instance may fade into modernized 1900s European Housing, General shops may be next to great towers that should not exist in the way they do due to magic being at work. There also a number of general magical and fantastical oddities to spot here and there making the town itself a little bit more unusual over what one could consider "normal" in the real world.

The Landscape overall is a mixture of plains, forests, rivers and the mountainside that was seen on the Horizon. The town itself was on the edge of a forest with the larger portion growing into the flatter plains. Outside of the Towns borders, Fields and Farms were created for a proper food supply. The Town itself, ever since it started to grow was nowadays seperated by a River that goes right through the middle of it.

The area itself has lots of caves and ruins in the distance. One such cave is most dangerous but largely unknown to the townspeople, including Vel-Ha. This Cave in particular is infested with Crystals. A type of Crystal that is quite alive no less and if coming in contact with another living being, ready to infect and absorb the creature in a moments notice. The process of such an infection is however not quick. It is slow yet not painful. However as it spreads further and further, it will start to affect the mind and body of the individual. The Crystals themself are of a special color. A mix between purple and pink with a hint of blue.]

• About the Crystal Infection - [A Crystal Infection puts quite the mental strain onto a person who is affected by it. If the limb that is infected is not amputated quickly, the persons end will follow in days if not weeks to come. As slow as the process may be, the Crystal itself spreads far quicker on the inside. Even if at first the person doesnt realize how bad they were infected, the bloodstream carries particles of the Crystal quickly trough the body.

Over the course of 1-4 weeks, the person starts to get weaker and weaker. Crystal growths start to appear on their body and eventually the person will be rooted to the place they are found in by any would be passerby or worried family member that hasnt seen them in a while. From here, the person will die in but a few days from now and the Crystals will start to spread from the person onto the sorrounding area.

This type of Crystal can only be fought with Magic to contain it and fend it off. However Magic cannot cure the infection. The infection itself is also something the Townsfolk, including Vel-Ha, are aware of existing.]

• About the Worlds Weaponry and Otherwise - [Although Modern to a degree, weapons of this world are still mostly Medieval, Fantastical or Magical. This includes Swords, Axes, Staves, Maces, Shields, Magic itself, Golems, Alchemy and Great Artillery like from Cannons, Balistas and more. Dragons also make an appearance. Both as living beings but also as Warlike weaponry used in battle.

Guns and any other type of Weaponry seen since only the 1900s does not exist. The only exception that can be made for guns are Flintlock variants.]
