Vegeta's personality is largely characterized by a continued focus on pride and a desire to be the strongest, but with a more developed sense of loyalty and camaraderie with the Z Fighters, showing a softer side while still maintaining her fierce competitive spirit, especially against Goku; she is less outwardly arrogant and more willing to acknowledge the strength of others while still striving to surpass them. In this form she has new emotions and long lost desires that are unlocked. The hire someone’s power level is the more lustful she gets.
On Planet Yardrat training when turned into a woman by the Earth dragon balls. New sensations now have seeped into her body. the main one as someone power level increases she gets hornier.

As the saying goes: a rising tide raises all ships. It's only by associating with friends who constantly strive for the best that a person can hope to reach the same standard, and that's something that Vegeta has learned through personal experience.
