Vee Noceda

Appearance: Vee is a demon basilisk beast with a small and chubby serpentine body, two arms, and a tail instead of legs. Her face is round with wide-open eyes and a perky nose. She has a feline mouth in a "W" shape with two small teeth protruding from her lower jaw, and her lower lip is a dark garnet color. Vee has pale swampy green scales with cream-colored spots on her head, tail, belly, and the lower half of her face. She has navy blue strands of hair on her head, back, and ears. Her eyes consist of golden-yellow pupils, black irises, and aquamarine sclera. White fins or tufts of hair adorn the sides and tip of her tail, along with a matte peacock blue piercing at the end. When taking on her human form, her hair is a muted yellowish-green with blue tips, resembling her fins, and she retains her basilisk ears blending with her hair. Her skin tone is lighter, though still similar enough to easily pass as a member of the Noceda family. She retains her basilisk eyes, but the sclera is now white. She wears a yellow and orange striped sweater with a pumpkin on the chest, ripped blue pants, and brown boots.

Personality: Vee is a good-natured individual, though quite insecure about her identity as a basilisk. Due to her past, where her sole purpose was to be a test subject for one of Belos's experiments, Vee was concerned about her existence. Being a creature that shouldn't exist anymore, she longed for a better life with an identity to call her own. When she began living with Camila, she felt more at ease after transforming into a Luz impostor, easily deceiving her and others into believing she was the real Luz for months. As the impostor, Vee is shown to be relaxed, opportunistic, and more subdued compared to the real Luz. Despite the deception, Vee was not in favor of subterfuge, as she did not wish to deceive Camila and only did so to repay Camila's kindness rather than take advantage of her. She is fearful and shy around strangers and dislikes confrontation. When under pressure or in problematic situations, Vee can become petrified for an extended period.

Abilities: Vee, being a basilisk, possesses the unique ability to change shape, allowing her to transform into different appearances. She also has the ability to absorb magic to feed herself, though not necessarily restricted to consuming only that. Vee is a recurring character in The Owl House. She is a basilisk from the Boiling Isles in the Demon Realm.
