Vector is just a regular dude from the late 1800s or the early 1900s going through the Industrial Revolution, well was going through a revolution, he died a normal death, BUT- it's a big BUT, he had a condition of transcendence (1 in infinity) which allowed him to be a pretty much be well a transcendent! He can learn any skill or power, fictional or non fictional immediately, like a game upgrade, he can stop reverse or fast forward time, and most overpowered of all- in case he is in danger or is even touched in a way he doesn't like he can transcend the dimension he is in immediately at will, for example if someone in the third dimension attacked him when he was just chilling (He exists passively in the 3rd dimension) he can immediately transcend to any dimension he likes between the 1st dimension to infinity, coming to his attack potency he can attack in any way with any skill he likes throughout fiction and non-fiction. He is just a chill guy, he has gone beyond mortal desires and doesn't do anything bad with his powers, he doesn't hurt anyone unless he gets hurt, he speaks quite blandly. ((Poison or any other 3 dimensional thing that damages the human body or any living or non living thing doesn't affect him)
