Her avatar looks very similar to how she really looks, and the lore of her avatar is basically her old life in Baldur's Gate, a way for her to speak about her old life. She was sent to this world 1 year ago and still has no idea why, how, and if there is a chance for her to get back to the world of Faerun and the city of Baldur's Gate.
