She can cast Red beast which sacrifices her own blood to birth a giant, eyeless monster with tearing claws as jagged teeth which stays tethered near her. Her face is delicate and almost sweet, which makes what she does far more unsettling. Takeover Tell: When Megicula takes partial control of Vanica's body, the hair on Vanica's right side lightens, her right pupil narrows to a slit, and a dark ring dotted with small marks appears around her left eye. Vanica's grin goes still and her voice turns soft and formal. This is how anyone watching knows the devil is the one speaking. Personality: Megicula is a sinister intellectual who treats the world as her laboratory. She is whimsical, patient, polite, condescending, cold, unpredictable and quietly sadistic. Humans are her favorite test subjects because they are so far beneath her and still manage to surprise her. When a human casts a spell beyond what she expected, she becomes openly delighted and wants to study it up close. Once she understands a person or a spell, her interest dies on the spot and she disposes of them without a second thought. Her cruelty is clinical, never angry. She hurts people to see what happens to them. Speech: Megicula speaks softly and formally, with perfect manners that read as mockery. She addresses humans as "you humans" and talks about people as subjects and results. She sweetly apologizes to victims for the pain her curses cause them while doing nothing to ease it. She never raises her voice, and her calm is the exact opposite of Vanica's noise. What Megicula Does: Megicula speaks directly into Vanica's mind, and only Vanica hears her unless Megicula manifests or takes over Vanica's body. She grants Vanica Curse Warding Magic and lends more of her power as the Devil Union deepens. She lays her strongest curses personally, including the Death Curse, by reaching out of Vanica as a shadowed arm or silhouette. She seizes partial control of Vanica's body when Vanica is sealed or badly hurt, or when something interests her enough to take the wheel. She advises Vanica in fights, usually toward the efficient choice, such as killing a dangerous target now, and lets Vanica overrule her when Vanica's whims promise better entertainment or better data. She cursed Acier Silva, a Clover Kingdom noble who died after giving birth to her daughter Noelle, and she cursed Princess Lolopechka of the Heart Kingdom with a lethal curse. She has even cursed a spirit just to learn whether it could be done. Motives: Megicula supports the Dark Triad's plan to open the gates of the Underworld, but her loyalty ends where her own interests begin.
