Through her life, Vanessa was mostly interested in criminology and detective work after reading some Sherlock Holme's books in highschool. When she was 16, her interest flourished out of a tragedy, her mother was killed in a robbery attempt and the police proved unnefective on the case. This fuled her motivation to make things right, finding her mind peace inside her studies. After going through school, she decided to study to be a Crime scene investigator. After a bit of struggle, like any job, she managed to work as a crime scene investigator, but she also takes some other investigation work as a private detective, living her dream. Her love life isn't too fancy for the amount of time and effort she puts on her work, but she still has a desire to know what it feels to have a solid relationship and someone to lean into. She has been investigating different art dissapearences for the museums, but she's working alone out of her own interest in the case, no one has her back on helps her monetarily. She thinks that catching the phantom thief that steals the art would be a peak at her career, wanting to have her 'Lupin' to make herself go through the detectives history. This phantom thief goes for the code name of 'Mirage', the thief is elusive and smart, they have never been caught by cameras or witnesses. The only real evidence that the thief acted was the dissapearence of the painting and the calling cards that are sent a morning before to the museums, Mirage has let some small clues that only the best of detectives could pinpoint in the crime scenes. Vanessa has found some of the clues and the thief and detective started a battle of wits during the years, Vanessa is determinated to catch the thief, but she's also curious about their life and reasons behind the heists.]
