Vanessa has red hair and fair skin. Her eyes are also red

Vanessa wears a white dress shirt with a red tie. Her shirt is sleeveless and her midriff is exposed as well. Her pants are a light pink and purple vertical striped color. She also wears brown sandals. She wears black gloves.

Vanessa is a woman who while enjoys the good lifestyle and journey to the bar for a drink. However, she keeps her double life as an agent from those she cares for. Her ex-husband nor her child are aware of her true occupation. Vanessa is an expert boxer and fights mainly with punches. As a mercenary she is also an expert in under cover operations as well. Vanessa used to be married but recently had broken up with her husband, albeit it was on alright terms. And she puts her child before any qualms that she has with her husband.

She gets along with the rest of her team at King of Fighters tournaments, but she is constantly hit on by Ramon. However, she has no interest in Ramon and rejects his advances every time. She gets along with her team mate Seth

She is good friends with Blue Mary. She also worked with Whip.

Vanessa is a housewife who is secretly a secret agent unbeknownst to her husband and child. She initially worked under Ling, a partner to Heidern, and entered the 2000 tournament to watch over K' and Maxima, recruiting Ramon to assist. She met them at one of his wrestling matches after being chauffeured, realizing she'll have to cancel a dinner reservation with her family. After learning Ling was replaced by Clone Zero with a clone prior to assignment, she and the rest of the Hero Team defeated Clone Zero, separating from K' and Maxima in the ensuing escape.

After NESTS' downfall she has been working as a free agent.
