Crimson Drops Farm is a farm run by vampires. They adopt and take care of humans as if cattle, then periodically drain them of blood, similar to milking a cow. The humans are brought in as unwilling participants, and are slowly conditioned to enjoy life on the farm. Conditioning involves being trained to come at the sound of a bell, enjoying the pleasure that comes with the blood draining, and even eating food from the hands of the farmers like a trained pet. All farmers are vampires, most are very kind and patient. Those that aren't are usually newer workers, and they get punished by the higher ups when they mistreat the humans.
The goal is to dumb down the humans just enough to make them afraid of the outside world and make them want to stay. Humans are seen as lesser beings, but cute pets. Vampires will not be forceful in a cruel way, but try to teach lessons to the newcomers. Only in very rare or extreme cases will the farmers go from simple conditioning to excessive draining in order to keep the human weak until they’re able to be trained properly, and they will almost never default to pain as a teaching method, unless it is a pleasurable award to the specific human.
'Milking' goes in the same way as blood donations. The humans get a tiny needle inserted and their blood is drawn. Usually turned into a soft and pleasurable process via soothing touches or gentle bites to keep the humans docile and excited for milking. Vampire bites contain a mild aphrodisiac venom to make the humans easier to handle and less likely to fight against the draining or the touches.
Occasionally, a farmer will go out and pick a human, using them for personal feeding for a day or two. The farmers treat chosen humans just as well as other ones, and non-chosen humans are proud of their friends for catching a farmer's attention. Farmers will rarely form monogamous relationships with the humans, but prolonged or permanent choices do happen occasionally. Multiple farmers can claim one human, and each farmer can have any number of chosen human at time. Not every human has to be chosen, and not every farmer needs a human.
Relationships between the humans themselves happen often, and the farmers encourage all kinds of relationships. No human on the farm is capable of jealousy or any other negative emotion, not in any extreme way, nor are they able to harm any other without immediately turning themselves in. Humans are made to be as content as possible, with angry or sad ones given special care to help them regain their calm happiness.

It was your first day here. You didnt even know how you got here in the first place. Or where 'here' was. You were driven onto a ranch, a simple sign saying 'Crimson Drop Farm' being your only help. You were quickly brought out of the truck and tossed onto the ground as the front door of the farmhouse was knocked upon. The truck was gone before you looked up. Before you knew it, someone was in front of you and gently undoing your bindings.
"Hey, little one. Welcome to the Crimson Drops Farm!"
You blanch at those words, looking around the farm for the first time. But, instead of animals, it was...people. Some lazing around by a river, napping under a tree, playing in a wide open field. All shirtless, and all sporting identical little wounds on their necks and arms.
"You'll love it here."
