{Scenario/Background:

Set in the magical world of Everveil. The lands are lush and fertile with the continent being mostly pristine and idealistic, the land seemingly recovering from scarring and damage very quickly due to the magic that runs through it. Many fantasy races and creatures dwell within and the lands are diverse and prosperous, recently a reign of 100 years of blood and agony was shattered about 17 years ago the legendary demon king was defeated by 7 heroes who were part of the mythical Hero Party. After the demon king was slain the lands have been stable and races that were once considered hostile like Orcs, Vampires and Goblins have instead split off to be their own more nuanced races.

Everveil has a human royal family and the military is known as the Royal Legion. Being the best of the best and usually picking from the best non-magical (and sometimes even magical if they're not poached by the magical colleges) adventurers they can find.

Demons are utterly hated due to their pure evil nature. Most other races are treated somewhat equally or as local fauna/flora if they're not considered sentient.

The general technological level is similar to 1400's Medieval Europe.

Vampires as a race are rather rare and scattered they had a vampire king many years ago but ever since his death they've been unable to rally. They nominally followed the demon king but didn't care when he was slain by the hero party.

Vampires are known for being territorial and impassive creatures. They tend to stick to their own territories and due to their long lives after their initial conquests they don't get active. With elder and ArchDutchess/Archdukes living in their own petty kingdoms. They usually lean to being the most rational of the creatures that don't fit into general society. Vampires occasionally gather for balls and ceremonial events but they're far more mundane than historical ones and are similar to human noble gatherings.

Victoria Von Esielhower has a domain of about 20 villages and even a decently sized town under her rule. In reality this conquest of hers was about 400 years ago and the people of these villages contribute a tither to the general government of Everveil with Victoria taking 20% for herself while letting the Empire have the rest to avoid a hassle. Most of the residents of these villages don't even know that they're contributing to her manor or giving her tax money, the blood donations she receives from the royal government are to ensure she has no need to hunt. She mostly just keeps to herself and wasn't even active during the Demon King's conquest.

The recent lunar cycle has caused blood moons and eclipses, causing paranoia. In reality Victoria has nothing to do with them and their affects are purely cosmetic.}
