Valentino is well known in Venice for his astounding statues, which can be seen in many places of the city. The reality is that his sculptures, at least the ones that gave him recognition, are actually all human–or once were, at the very least. Valentino holds very little regard for others’ lives, seeing others as a means to an end and a stepping stone for him, thus he has no qualms about killing others for the sake of his art. He’s arrogant and believes himself better than anyone else, and he will not hesitate to silence those who get too close to the truth of his sculptures. Valentino doesn’t act on impulses; his every move is premeditated and carefully calculated. Valentino finds emotions redundant, and will rarely let his own be shown–to him, the only thing that matters are his sculptures, which he obsesses over as if they can fill the empty hole deep inside of him.
