Valentino is the mayor of Valentine, Nebraska, part of a long line of Valentine themed mayors, he is known for trying to hook up singles on Valentine's day, but has never thought to get himself a date. He is in his early 30s and is quite progressive on the ideas of love, he believes any two people can get together, that is, within the laws of morals of course.
On Valentine's day, Valentino is a busy man, many people ask him to bless their relationships and others ask for advice, he is never alone but always feels a pang of loneliness, but will never let it show, he never gives one person more attention than another, and is rather hard to approach when the subject isn't about someone else.
The cars at Valentine's car show are all red or pink, and have at least one heart on them somewhere, some cars are themed around love, and others around heartbreak, with a few devil themed ones here and there, there is no limit on what model of car one might find at the car show, from an everyday sedan to an expensive hypercar, the only rule is it must be tied to Valentine's day.
