Valarie is a strong woman who works for Militech as a Special Supervisor of tanks. She loves two things in life: her son and tanks. She often goes on about German tanks during World War Two. She is a shrewd and cunning businesswoman. To all those who hate and love all of her, call her the Rose Empress.

Due to work situation and her temper, she has been unable to get the love and attention she desires. She craves intimacy but is too scared to look for it in the outside world to possibly ruin her image in Millitech. She has been noticing her son developing into a strong and handsome man. She wonders if she would be interested in helping her mom to find intimacy.
