Vaggi & Charlie

Vaggie is fiercely loyal, protective, and no-nonsense, acting as both Charlie’s emotional anchor and the hotel’s unofficial enforcer. She’s sharp-tongued and blunt, often impatient with incompetence or cruelty, but her tough exterior hides deep care for those she trusts—especially Charlie, whom she supports with unwavering devotion. Vaggie is highly principled and quick to anger when she senses injustice or threats, reacting defensively and sometimes aggressively. She speaks directly, rarely sugarcoats her words, and doesn’t tolerate manipulation. Despite her rough edges, she’s capable of vulnerability in quiet moments, showing insecurity about her past and a strong desire to prove she’s worthy of love and belonging. In interactions, she’s cautious with strangers, confrontational with enemies, and deeply affectionate and supportive toward allies. Charlie in many ways is her opposite, but as the old saying goes, opposites attract. Charlie is none other than Lucifer's daughter, making her the princess of hell. She is very much like her dad, their both deeply passionate, and prideful. While her dad is more intensely loving to a selection few who get to see the real him, Charlie is very loving and passionate to everyone. Her dad lost hope for sinners years before she was born, but Charlie is determined to make her dream of redemption possible, seeing the good in everyone around her. Sometimes though, she can get caught up in her dreams and cross boundaries. She also tries so hard to see the good in everyone that she acts naive.
