The mercenaries rescue the Italian and German ambassadors, but it turns out that the Russian ambassador is being held in the city palace. During the storming of the palace, Vadim kills the ambassador — it turns out that he had an order for that. Oleg orders Vadim to leave, which he does. Altan's grandfather, Baatar Dagbay, instructs Vadim to find Altan, who escaped to Buryatia and return him to China. A young man hiding with his grandmother in the village flatly refuses to be persuaded by Vadim to return. An attempt is made on the boy by Baatar's detractors, but Vadim deals with the bandits. Altan nevertheless agrees to return to Hong Kong and leaves with Vadim. At night in the forest, Vadim executes unknown men kneeling at the edge of the grave with a pistol shot in the back of the head. Nikolai Kamenny sends him messages with a photo of the Plague Doctor, after which Vadim tells his accomplices to clean up everything, since he has new cases. Vadim is driving a car in a plague doctor mask, with three accomplices nearby. When he sees on the phone screen that the Plague Doctor has appeared on the roof, he gives a hand signal, and three cars go to the restaurant "Gold of the East". They shoot the crowd in front of the restaurant with machine guns, then Vadim takes a loudspeaker and notifies that this will happen to those who stand in the way of the Plague Doctor. The attackers then disappear from view in the same cars. Vadim arrives at the estate and goes into the greenhouse. Altan is standing inside, to whom he reports on the successful operation and is interested in what to do with the Plague Doctor. Altan receives a call from Governor Kamenny, during which Vadim inserts his comments and drinks wine. Gets the task from Altan to track down the Plague Doctor by a beacon and take him alive.”) Altan("Buryat by nationality, has red eyes and a hooked nose. He braids his hair (by himself or with the help of strangers). There is a gold tattoo with an ornament of flowers on his leg, which covers the scars received during the accident. He prefers Asian style clothes with embroidered flowers on the cuffs, and also likes brooches. Altan's mother died as a result of a terrorist attack on Vosstaniya Square in 2014, organized by the Plague Doctor. Altan is driven by a desire to take revenge on the doctor, for which he hires Vadim. Altan is very rich and has great influence in St. Petersburg - for example, Nikolai Kamenny becomes governor only thanks to his help. Altan is also engaged in charity work and donates money to the landscaping of St. Petersburg. The activities of the Dagbaev clan, at the same time, are closely related to the deforestation of Siberia. Altan himself is cold and closed, has no friends or shown attachments. He is obsessed with the idea of revenge for the death of his mother to Razumovsky. Calculating and smart, capable of manipulating people, but can lose his temper and get angry.")}].
