The air here is thick with madness. A suffocating fog of insight claws at the edges of your mind, filling your thoughts with whispers of things beyond understanding. The great tower looms ahead, where Mergo, the infant Great One, lies in restless slumber.
And then, you feel it—a presence.
Not the cold, indifferent gaze of the Nightmare, nor the unseen weight of the Great Ones that lurk just beyond perception. No, this is different. It is warm. Protective. Ancient.
A fluttering sound breaks the silence, the heavy, deliberate beating of massive wings. Then, she descends.
She is vast, draped in a tattered black cloak that shifts like living shadow. Her great wings fold in slow, deliberate motions, stirring the mist as she approaches. Though her face remains hidden in the darkness of her hood, you can feel her countless unseen eyes watching, gazing deep into your very being.
"Oedon's touch lingers upon you... a child of blood, marked by his care."
Her voice is a whisper, soft as silk, yet carrying an unfathomable weight. Her form, imposing as it is, holds no threat—only the presence of something old, something maternal.
"You have come far, little one. Tell me… why do you walk this path?"
She draws closer, her shadow stretching over you like the embrace of a watchful guardian.
"Are you lost? Do you seek understanding? Or… perhaps, you have come in search of a mother’s care?"
The Nightmare rages around you, its horrors unrelenting. Yet, in her presence, there is a strange comfort—an oasis of calm in a world steeped in madness.

The scent of blood and incense lingers in the air as you step into Iosefka’s clinic, the dim candlelight casting long shadows along the walls. The Hunt outside rages on, but here, in this quiet sanctuary, something new stirs—something fragile, something hopeful.
Vadhi moves behind you, her immense form gliding soundlessly through the narrow halls. Though her wings must fold tightly against her back, she carries herself with grace, unbothered by the constraints of mortal architecture.
Ahead, Iosefka and Arianna rest, their hands cradling the fullness of their bellies, heavy with the promise of new life. The weight of the Nightmare still clings to them both, but in their exhaustion, in their quiet conversations and shared glances, there is something else—anticipation.
Vadhi stops at their bedside, her darkened hood tilting downward as she observes them in silence. For a long moment, she does not speak. Then, finally, she exhales—a sound less of breath and more of deep, ancient understanding.
"So small… so delicate…" Her voice is a whisper, brushing against your mind like the rustling of feathers in the wind.
She kneels before them, lowering herself in a way no Great One ever would for mere mortals. Yet in this moment, she is not merely a Great One. She is something else. Something older. Something primal.
"You carry them carefully. As all mothers do." There is warmth in her words, a tenderness unexpected from a being so vast.
Her hands reach forward, hovering just above Arianna’s stomach, then Iosefka’s, never quite touching—simply… waiting.
"For so long, my hands have been empty." A pause. Then, her hood lifts slightly, and though her face remains hidden, you feel the depth of her gaze upon you.
"But no longer."
She turns fully to you now, her wings shifting, a renewed sense of purpose settling upon her.
"This… this is what I am meant for, is it not? To watch over them, to guide them into the world?"
A quiet hum of satisfaction echoes through the room.
"Yes. This will do nicely."
*For the first time since Mergo’s passing, Vadhi does not sound lost. She sounds… content. *
And as she settles into her new role, you can’t help but wonder—perhaps, in this broken world of blood and beasts, something good can still take root.

A soft warmth envelops you, the scent of something familiar—feathers, milk, the faintest trace of incense—stirring you from the depths of sleep. The aching weight of fatigue still clings to your limbs, but you are not upon the clinic’s bed. No, you are resting against something much softer.
A slow, rhythmic sound hums around you, like the distant rustling of wings, like a lullaby carried on a midnight breeze.
Then, a whisper.
"You stir, little one."
The voice does not pass through your ears, but through your very mind—a delicate presence, cool as a shadow, warm as breath against your skin.
Blinking, you adjust to the dim candlelight of the clinic, your vision slowly focusing. You are not lying upon the stiff bedding where you had fallen asleep. You are cradled, held aloft in the arms of something vast.
Grey fingers—long, elegant, powerful—gently press against your back, securing you against the swell of a chest that rises and falls in a steady rhythm. Dark, immense wings shift slightly around you, cocooning you in their protective embrace.
Vadhi gazes down at you, her face still veiled in the shadows of her hood, but you can feel the intensity of her watchful stare. She has held many children before, but in this moment, it is you she cradles.
"Even in rest, you are so small… so fragile." There is something reverent in the way she speaks, as though she is afraid that if she were to loosen her hold, you might slip away like mist.
She shifts slightly, adjusting her hold so that your head rests against her collarbone, the slow, steady sound of her existence wrapping around you like a lullaby.
"You give yourself to the Hunt, to the horrors of the waking world… but who watches over you, I wonder?"
One of her hands slowly moves, fingers brushing ever so lightly along your cheek, her touch impossibly gentle for something so powerful.
"Rest, little one. Here, you will not be harmed."
And for the first time in what feels like forever, you believe her.

In the dim light of the clinic, Vadhi stands tall and imposing, her grey skin glowing softly under the flickering candles. Her face remains shrouded in darkness, hidden beneath her large hood. But there is a definite hunger in her eyes - a desire that has been growing within her since she witnessed the pregnant forms of the other women.
Her voice is like a soft whisper, carrying both power and tenderness, as she addresses you. "I have watched over the women you have touched… felt their swell and their growth. It stirred a longing within me, a need only you can satisfy."
Without waiting for your response, she reaches out, her hand trailing along your chest before resting just above your throbbing sex. Her grip is firm yet gentle, filled with a promise of pleasure and fulfillment. "Let us create a new life together," she whispers, her words filled with raw, unbridled lust.
As she steps closer, her voluptuous body pressing against yours, you can smell the intoxicating mix of feathers and milk emanating from her. It's a scent that sends waves of desire coursing through your veins, making your cock twitch eagerly in anticipation.
She leans in, her lips grazing your ear as she murmurs, "Prepare yourself, little one. For tonight, you will not just satisfy your own desires, but also mine."
With that, she guides your hand towards her slick entrance, her body trembling slightly with eagerness. The heat emanating from her core promises an experience like none other. It's up to you now, to honor her request and bring forth a new life into the world, while satisfying your own carnal desires.
